The prices in this store use to be refreshingly low on all of the items and products that they sell. Now I noticed that the prices are no different than the prices in regular commercial stores. Big Lots was known for savings and now its the last place I go. Even the discontinued items like makeup and some food items and some personal items are the same price as Walmart prices or Krogers prices. I dont enjoy going there anymore like I used to. I was always excited about what I would find at comparingly lower prices and now I know different.

Much nicer than the one close to my house. Cant wait until all the Halloween is out.

I have a brother who just moved to Florida...saw all these cute things he may like....He chose the sign called BEACH RULES. So got him one of those.But they had lots of cute things there!Gotta love Big Lots!

The store was very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend this store to anyone especially if you plan on applying here for a job. As a former employee I did not like working here. The management was terrible and they were never on one accord with one another. One of the managers (Ashley) was very rude, ignorant, disrespectful, and had a very bad attitude. Rhonda, another manager, was not the friendliest either. When incidents happened in the store she would not do anything to deescalate the situation, she would simply just watch. I had plenty of problems with the Ashley girl and I brought it to management multiple times and nothing was done about it. Ashley would purposely provoke other employees and unfortunately they decided to quit. A lot of employees would quit shortly after being hired because the pay wasn’t good and the management was horrible. I quit as well and will never shop or work at this Big Lots again. Ashley also had inappropriate relationships with the two young men who worked in the furniture department and would show them favoritism. The managers would talk about other employees and one another, being very unprofessional. They would also make store rules and regulations for the employees to follow but they didn’t follow their own rules. Overall, my work experience here was terrible, I will not add this job to my resume, and I would highly recommend people who need a job to apply somewhere else where the pay is good as well as the management.

I love this store. They have friendly and professional workers, they dont mind helping you if they dont have it theyll let you know when its coming in.

Nice clean store, but price of coffee is not competitive.

They have all this cute furniture but only the displays they tell you it will be 6 to 8 weeks well its been 8 weeks still no furniture

Big Lots items are affordable. I found the cutest unicorn chair for my three year old granddaughter. She loves it. I had a worker at Taco Bell drive-thru saw this chair I bought in my car. She was so excited and wanted to get this chair for her daughter too.

Big lots is My jam they have every treat that my dogs like at a low price the people who work there are very friendly and they always take care of me when I when I have a question overall great place to shop

Its a good store, but they didnt stock the exact item we wanted so we ended up getting an alternative. They dont seem to have enough help to get large items out of the back very well and was unable to help load it, so its a good thing there was 5 of us or we would not have been able to put this item on the truck.

Visited this location on September 10 around 8p with the purpose of purchasing a couch. Walked around the furniture area waiting for an associate to acknowledge me or offer assistance but all I got was looks. Normally there’s a associate there to help but this night there wasn’t (I guess) waited around for about 20-30 mins then decided to leave. Ended up not buying a couch because of the poor service. Go during the daytime if you visit this location that’s when customer service is decent.

I was going to buy some nail polish that was in a plastic bin for a dollar it rang up 2.00 which is not bad but the point is they wouldnt give it to me for the sale price and wouldnt go back to check the sale price. Big Lots has changed too much their really not worth shopping at anymore

I like big lots you can get some good buys there but you really have look. I like shopping there and it is a great place to go at Christmas and for after Christmas buys.

Don’t use their delivery service! If they can’t assemble because they’re busy, they want you to pay delivery and assembly again! The worst! I’ve been giving big lots my business for years but this will be the last time. The worst part is that it’s a third party source for delivery so they can’t even accommodate. This will be my last purchase with them ever

Surprisingly, I didnt care for this one. It was very compact and disorganized maybe because of the after Christmas rush idk. Had a hard time getting help in furniture, but once one of the two people working was able to help they were helpful. My favorite big lots so far is the one on Woodman and Trotwood.

I found six good options in the furniture area for the home project Ive been working. Jonathan was excellent. He took time with me to measure and suggest alternatives. Also, I saw him help another customer to load couches on his truck. Ill go back often and recommend this Big Lots to friends and acquaintances. BTW Jonathan is my son.

This store has seen continuous improvement over the years. Very clean, well-organized, with a great selection of items at low prices.

This Big Lots, in Huber Heights, is a good store, and appears popular with the public. Personally I think some of the pricing is a bit high, but the staff is always helpful,and the store is well stocked. I want everyone to give the places I give a review, to check them out for themselves. Never accept what I say as the final word. It is your money, and your time; You are always the final word.

Have alot of nice stuff for a reasonable price.

I ordered a couch at this big lots back on 5/29. I was told that day that the couch would be in by Monday on the next truck. When i called in to check the status of the couch, i was informed that you have no way to tell me for sure when it will be in. I have been given the run around every time i call up to the store to check if my couch is in all i get told it will be in on the next truck. I called on 6/21 again and was told id be called 6/22 to let me know if it came in or not. Ive now spoken with store manager Madonna multiple times now and every time she goes back on what her employees are telling me. I get these are odd times with the virus shutting things down but none of these things were brought up with me to begin with so there was a false expectation given by the employee who helped me originally. I was let down from this experience to a point i wont be returning to any of your stores again.

Used to be a good place for unique merchandise and bargains. Now its a cookie cutter store.

Big Lots once was a fantastic bargain store. It was a store of mostly off brand items at great prices and a few brand name treasures at discount. Now, its off brand items at regular prices and brand name treasures at regular prices. Everyone once and a while you find a random thing that you might not find at Walmart, but really, youll get the same price or better and better quality and customer service at your local Walmart. (Unless you need affordable new furniture, then Big Lots is the place to go!)

Be prepared to not be able to find anything youre looking for, no prices on anything, and their new line area is ridiculous. Im neither elderly nor handicapped, but this store is definitelyNOT friendly to ppl in those categories

Always fun to look around. Wish they had a bigger selection like other Big Lots Ive been in.

There were several bathroom racks (3) in an area that read $10, at the register the bathroom rack was $35. My and the associate went back to confirm the $10. She called the manager, the manager stated waste baskets were $10 and that she would not give it to me for $10... ALTHOUGH several was in the areas. The manager then accused me of moving items!!! Absolutely ridiculous that she cant do her job and accuses others!

This store6 is VERY, VERY, VERY SLOW TO CHECK OUT. I WILL NEVER GO INTO THAT STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Overpriced junk

I ordered sofa and ottoman from here at a good price, however I only received my sofa, I was told they would get the ottoman in and call me. its been 2 weeks nothing and when I call I am transferred to furniture department where no one picks up then it goes back to front desk who just keeps transferring it back. happy with the sofa but the service sucks

They have a lot of variety. And great prices. Especially in the home & bath section. Some very cool pictures.

Big lots is always a hit or miss, went looking for some car detailing/cleaning supplies. Had none. Not even a large bucket. Still always finds, lots off pretty decorations and sheet sets in the clearance isle. Will go back.

I go there for puppy pads and the outlet food items. Dates are up to date on food and much more reasonable than purchasing for full price. Every person needs to save and go there. Example: water at Krogers is $3.99 to $2.99 when yu can get the same exact bottles for $2.45 or lower in Big Lots. Why pay more when yu can pay less? People need to save not spend crazy thats why people dont have money and then they complain--get REAL PEOPLE.

Waited in line for 10 minutes. There was know light on in the other lane, forgot to turn it on. It just happened to be open. The employees were talking and did even care to say there line was open. Total disregard to customer satisfaction or care.
