The new employees as of this month (June 2020) are very friendly and always working. And thats excellent because the previous crew were lazy and disrespectful. If they get the store actually clean and organized, its definitely a 5 star store!!They DEFINITELY have to stop blocking the emergency exit.

I was the store manager but I have resigned because of lack of support from the District Manager and corporate... I loved my job but I had to leave because of the disfunction and lack of support. Not sure how things have been since I left but I really think its always going to be bad until corporate sends the necessary help needed for the store...

Hope is awesome . I was looking for a picture frame and asked her if there were some in the back since there were boxes unopened and she went in the back and found the box that were unopened. No one has ever done that for me in50 years. What an awesome employee.

The customer service was good, but what is preventing it from being a 5 Star is the store was a mess. There were products in the wrong spots all over the store, and we are not talking about a couple products customers left, we are talking about them being stocked there without a price marker. But overall the store is good.

This Dollar Tree on Wayne Ave was very clean, great lighting, well organized and stocked, and orderly. Clerk was very nice, friendly and provided small talk. I would shop this Family Dollar if it wasnt do far from my home.

Horrible store. Management and team members should all be replaced. Store nasty, trashy, and not taken care of at all. I can not believe corporate would allow a store to look like this. More things on the floor than shelves. Store was just built in the past 10 years and looks like it needs tore down. Whoever is the owner or GM needs to have more pride in their store. Customers should not feel they need to clean up the store. The store just looks ratchet and is taking down property value the moment you walk in. I would love to have a chat with the management.

The manager needs to be replaced with someone who will hire people who WORK instead of talking or playing on their smart phones. Speaking of phones good luck getting someone to answer your calls. I have a picture of the FIRE EXIT being blocked by stacked boxes of stuff.

They close whenever they feel like it! I arrived 15mins before 9pm and they already had the doors locked! I drove there. I wasted gas and a trip

Everyone is helpful & nice & pleasant.

Unorganized and not very clean, when asked if a product was available told wasnt sure and acted like I was putting him out just answering my question

I visited on Thursday morning, August 8. The only clerk who I saw in the store was talking on her cell phone when I arrived. She managed to answer a question I asked, then continued her conversation. She remained on the phone while checking me out. Worst customer service ever. Last time Ill shop there.

The service is helpful & nice but they have new employees often. They really need to clean the parking lot & grassy areas at least twice a day, plus mow more often and trim over grown bushes.

You can find almost anything you need here. The prices are alright depending on what you are looking for. Service is relatively fast, the employees are pleasant and helpful.

Not sure what’s going on, but the posted store hours are 9a-9p and it’s 11:24a and they are not open. Definitely call before traveling to this location.

Its good for quick things, cleaning supplies, and a nice freezer section.

I liked the one in park layne better. They were more like family. This one is cold.

Worst employees Ive ever seen in a business.. Screaming at each other across the store. Talking about fighting an employee. That didnt show up and totally ignoring the 15 customers in line. They left a new guy up at the register so they could chat instead of helping customers. This store manager should be ashamed of their selves for allowing this behavior.

There was a lot of stuff blocking the aisles. The store wasnt as neat and orderly as some of the other Family Dollar stores. They had what I needed in stock.
