This is location is the WORST! Do NOT use this pharmacy. They are rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and lazy. Not all, but the majority is just flat out disgusting. The only reason i even still go is for the coupons honestly. They are awful and don’t care. I absolutely love CVS and always have used them. But this location makes cvs look BAD!

Had an appointment for my wife due to a severe sinus infection. We’re referred to go to urgent care or minute clinic by insurance, after 2 days of suffering and finally getting an appointment we were advised that a text should have been sent advising we would proof of a negative rapid covid test to come to our appointment . Since this info was never received and she hasn’t had a rapid covid test we were told they would need to cancel our appointment and for us to reschedule after getting a rapid covid test somewhere else before scheduling an appointment.This text was never received or we would have gone to an urgent care instead. After calling around we found somewhere that could see her.The dr advised she was high risk hence the requirement but the fact that we were not notified of this location and dr specific requirement is unacceptable. At minimum they should have someone contacting patients directly to let them know of this requirement or they will not be seen.

I wouldnt even give the pharmacy 1 star. Its below that. Called CVS corporate to file a complaint on CVS policy and they are just as bad. After being transferred 3 times and put on hold for long periods of time, they hung up on me without traking my complaint. Theyve done this to my husband before too. My complaint is that they wont sell you a covid test kit at the drive up pharmacy window. You have to go into the store and walk all the way to the back of the store to guess where, the pharmacy, to get the test kit and then take it up front and purchase it.

Out of all the cvss I have shopped at this is the absolute worst. Springboro cvs and Miamisburg cvs troy cvs are wonderful and have excellent management. This cvs has no respect for a customer or their time.

Called about my 88 Dad’s medication was told they didn’t have it and I ask to speak to a pharmacist was put on hold and was hung up on I called back and a young man answered saying he was a Pharmacist I ask him if he could help me he said go to Target I said excuse me what is your name he said it’s irrelevant I asked him for his Supervisor’s name he said I forgot I will definitely be contacting his supervisor and will never go back

This place is fine. Im only ever here for the Minute Clinic and I browse while I wait. Pharmacy was a bit unhelpful and seemed to not understand how to fill the cough medicine and antibiotics from the Minute Clinic but its otherwise a nice little store with friendly employees. Holiday candy selection is good. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit irritating, same as Walgreens across the street.

I was on hold with the pharmacy for 23 minutes before I hung up with no answer. I called back, same thing! Horrible way to treat people who are trying to give you business! Im going to WallGreens, ty for making my decision easy. I will not do business with a company that cant even answer a phone.

Terrible, I mean just flat out terrible customer service! My husband and I just moved to the Huber Heights area, so we wanted a pharmacy that would be reliable and professional. Typically we use Amazon Pill Pack, but also wanted something local. We went to pick up a prescription today at around 10/11 o’clock in the morning after he received notice it was ready. We get there and was not able to take it home due to it not being ran through the insurance company, unless we wanted to pay out of pocket...was instructed to come back later. Why would you run it through the insurance company in the first place as the company had all the info needed!! Then around 7:30 PM we went back, waited in line for about 20-30 minutes to be told they still aren’t ready to pull around to the end of the line to wait again and they should be ready then. So we then followed the instructions again, just to get to the window in the drive through and still waited at least 10 more minutes. Then after we finally got the prescriptions we went home and realized they did not give us compatible lancets with the glucose meter they filled for him! Frustrated with everything he then called the pharmacy and the lady who answered listened to the situation but somehow they were “disconnected” so he called back and she told us to bring them back and they will switch them out to the correct lancets. We get there and the pharmacy and store was closed! So I suppose we will try again tomorrow... this will be the third time for the same order going to CVS Pharmacy!!! They are a mess!!!

I have been having problems with this pharmacy since November 2019. I havent been able to have an order get completed with out calling since then. Ill submit an order on their app and then call 2 week after and theyll tell me they have a list of patients in que. Why give an estimate of 1 - 2 day on the app and then have to call to get them to push it through.

The women at the pharmacy have terrible attitude. Wack communication skills. I went to the drive through so I wouldn’t have to take my baby in the cold and they acted as if they couldn’t take my insurance card from the window. Lazy.

I was pregnant and in my first trimester and couldnt keep anything down. I struggled to even keep water down. I had to send nausea prescription through CVS instead of walgreens because of insurance changes. I did not know what I was in for. I called to make sure they had the nusea prescription and they assured me it would be ready in an hour. I was there to get it, excited to finally be able to eat they told me 30 minutes I was there for two more hours. The guy I spoke to was kind about it but that is ridiculous.

Never answer their phone...was on hold 10 minute, called back and was on hold for another 8 minutes before they answered. Constantly receive texts that prescription is ready and they’re not. Irritating.The review above was from 6 months ago. This is an additional experience that I just had. Received a text that my prescription was ready and my husband was told that his was ready… Got there at 5:40pm No prescriptions. Young lady at the desk told me that they have been having system issues all day. I told her I had to have one of them today. She said it would be ready because she “expedited” it and that I would receive notification when ready. At 8pm I began to call. Once again I was on hold for 10-15 minutes twice. And just to notate the 10 minutes that I stood in line to find out that my prescription was not ready there was someone on hold the entire time and not one person answered the phone. Also-3 people (back to back) were told that their prescription was never received and were instructed to walk 3 feet over to the drop off and someone would be with them. Seriously? I finally got a text at 8:45 PM telling me that my prescription was ready and they close at 9 PM.NEVER A good experience at this location. They don’t have a technology issue-they have a people issue.

CVS on Brandt Pike in Huber Heights is the LAST place I would ever go to fill a prescription. They used to fill prescriptions timely, but recently it has gone to heck. If you refill your prescription using their website or automated phone line, they will not fill it until you physically call and speak with a pharmacy employee. When you call to speak with an employee, the wait time is extensive. Last time I did so, I was told to call and speak with someone and they would expedite my order. This morning at 9:30 my physician sent prescriptions to CVS and I called at 10 am and spoke with a man who stated he would have my medications ready by 5 pm. When I arrived at the pharmacy, a complacent employee stated the medications were not expedited and would take at least two hours to fill. When I asked them to transfer my medications to Walmart, they said Walmart had to call them. I quickly got in touch with Walmart, who states that CVS is not answering the phone. I called CVS and a female employee stated that they had faxed the results... the kicker was she didn’t even ask my name! I don’t know how this store stays in business treating people like garbage. I will not be back after my situation gets straightened out! Terrible place. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The lack of compassion amazes me for their profession. Have a newborn his doctor called in his prescription went the next day to pick up they told.me I had to wait 4 hours to pick up. They dont fill prescriptions until you come to pick up. Do to high demand since Walgreens no longer take certain insurance. Dont try to call either I just filled out this review while waiting for 35 mins for someone to answer my call.

To the female working the drive thru on 1-11-20 at 615pm when I cruise through asking about purchasing pseudoephed for a cold, maybe not talk to me like a POS because I didn’t know you can’t buy it at the drive through. I know people make meth with it but perhaps someone JUST MIGHT have a cold and not know? Terrible customer service. Walgreens all the way! This building will look a lot better as a dollar tree or something like all the other repurposed CVS stores

I wish I could give it lower than a one star. My place of work forces us to use CVS and the insurance is THROUGH them, and yet every time we come here they always try to over charge us. We have to fight them to find our insurance every time. Why isn’t it on our file by now? Our work doesn’t gives us cards and if you ask them to look it up, which they’ve done before, they usually refuse. They act as if you are bothering them to do their job. Also they talk poorly of costumers when they think they are not around... I was sitting in the waiting room and didn’t leave. They are more concern about what to eat for lunch than actually helping people. Just rude people and if I could I would just go to Walgreens right across the street.

Worst pharmacy in Montgomery county! Staff after not trained well. Phone calls are not answered. There days in a row I was on automated hold for over and hour each time without ever speaking to anyone. I transfered my prescriptions to Walgreens.

On many occasions, they do not have medications in stock snd do not call to tell you this or even be proactive to call another CVS that might have it. They just assume everything will be fine and you will just want to wait a day or two in order to get it filled. On another occasion, they gave me incorrect dosing instructions. Luckily my doctor had throughly gone over it with me at the office, so I knew they were wrong. Reported it to the company and never even got an apology. Hope they at least went through and educated the staff. Just found out we no longer have to use CVS pharmacy with our insurance so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hope they get it together at this location before they harm someone.

Im in my last month of pregnancy and my doctor sent over a prescription for iron since my iron is low and needs to be higher for birth. 4 days later my prescription is still not ready. Ended up going to another pharmacy to get over the counter iron medicine. Worst pharmacy ever!

Go to the Little Clinic or your primary doctor. Scheduled a MinuteClinic visit, showed up early to sign in, and have been waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. Should have just went to my primary care provider to avoided the headache. Why allow people to schedule an appointment when you just wait in line like everyone else? Unorganized and not as advertised.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever used. My insurance says we have to use CVS. Staff is rude, unintelligable. Doctor called in prescription Jan 11, they say they didnt get it. Go to doctor today and get another script and they called, on hold for 20 minutes. We hung up. Called back on hold 10 minutes. Ask about why the Jan 6 script isnt being filled. Find out it was rejected but they are filling it now. Really, what changed? Nothing changed they are that terrible. The super long wait, wasted trips, rude staff and everyone seems to know about it. I guess CVS dont care. I hope they go out of business or fix this. We order some things there, it never comes in period. No one cares. Well I hope this helps people know what they are in for if you use this pharmacy...

Went to pick up my daughters prescription after being called in over an hour before and of course it was not ready yet. They told me to wait in the parking lot until my number was in the window. I pulled away and had just turned the car off when they put my number in the window the same time as 2 cars pull up so I then had to get in line again. When they could have told me it would be right out. When we open the bag the medicine was not even mixed. All the powder was on the bottom the liquid was on top. We had to shake the bottle the whole way home so she could take her medicine when we got home. Every time we go to this store there is some kind of issue. My employer recommends cvs but we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Unfortunately this CVS seems to be unable to fill a prescription my doctor ordered. Seems that calling in and e prescribing did not work, and I have called numerous times and they did not receive it. I have no choice but to turn to another store or pharmacy.

Very nice people and nice pharmacist💚. I have a Weimaraner that loves to go there because the girls in the pharmacy drive thru give my dog a doggie treat when I pick up my medicines. The pharmacy techs are really nice and will call me if there are problems or concerns with my medicine.
