I honestly am never one to leave reviews, let alone negative ones, but I felt the need to review my experience here. I ordered 2 peach milkshakes yesterday for Fathers Day. This happens to be my first Fathers Day without my Dad, which is already difficult enough. The peach milkshake was my dads favorite, and upon ordering it, the employee working scoffed in disgust at my order (seemingly not too fond of my choice in flavor). They continued to make groans and noises of disgust while preparing my order. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and very rude in general (no matter my circumstance for ordering this specific flavor). I hope that no one has a similar experience as mine and I also hope that people realize the strength of their words and actions no matter how small they may seem.

Great ice cream stop and usually low gas prices for the area. We tried the cookies and cream milkshake, it was so good we came back the next day for another :) Our friend got the chocolate milkshake with peanut butter and that was a win as well. They are open late.

Rude customer service on fathers day. Worker was literally gagging over making a peach shake. Line had 3 people and it took almost 30 minutes.

Iola was rude and acts very upset at the fact she has to serve customers.

Exceptionally rude employee working the counter. Kept going on and on ranting about no social distancing and too many people in the store. Even made a remark about locking the doors. Real nice. Fire hazard.

We have there on 3 different occassions this month. I dont know if the staff doesnt care about the quality of shakes or what?! Everytime the screw something up. Ordered 3 shakes everytime and the mess up somehow. The first time they forgot the peanut butter in a chocolate and peanut butter shake. The next time they make another shake like its a glass of milk, just like they were tonight! Then they do not put any malt in a chocolate malt shake! Service is rather rude and nasty. The guy serving us had on no gloves and scratched his head a few times to get the sweat off! Then the dude has visible dandruff like the peak of Mt. Rainier!

Very clean, well lit. Usually the cheapest gas around. Convenience store and ice cream parlor. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and clean. Just not enough of them during peak ice cream times. Ancient POS system is way beyond need of upgrading.

UDF is the best place to go for gas in the Huber Heights area. If youre a member than youre able to get the lowest price of the day when you come in. The staff is very kind and are more than happy to assist you. They have a large selection of drinks and snacks. There are many pumps so there is never a wait.

This location has been the go-to place for ice cream cones, milk shakes & malts, sundaes and more. They have a small area to sit down end enjoy your ice cream. Its a great quick stop for smaller grocery items and snacks. Get entered into their Udrive membership and you earn points to reduce your cost per gallon on the advertised price. The staff are typically very friendly and helpful. I only wish they had a drive thru.

Bad service one cashier over 10 customers in line and there was some that was mad and have up and left. Cashier was very slow. I do not recommend this store. To to another location. Another customer took photos to send to corporate.

Nice people but I asked if the price of gas was still 2.25 (that is what it was showing on gas buddy) he said that the sign had just turned to 2.69 and I should still be ok to get the 2.25. Nope it was 2.69

The absolute BEST Peanut Butter shakes!

Came for the ice cream, left with a cat. Got the blue kind. I mean ice cream, not cat. Was delicious, also meaning the ice cream. Cat didnt care much for it. Guess next time Ill just get her a gallon of gas and see how she likes that, haha, amiright!? Wait, can cats have gas? I mean the fuel, not bodily function.

Terrible service!! Paid $4 for a milkshake and got cookies and cream flavored milk!... The older lady behind the counter getting my wife and I’s ice cream was a smart*** about every little thing. Will not be back.

This place is hit or miss. They make you prepay for fuel or use your card at the pump but it seems like every time I go there, there is never no receipt paper in the pumps or it jams. Which makes you come inside anyways, the whole point of paying at the pump so you dont have to come in. Get new pumps or get your current pumps fix. Somebody do their job.
