Horrible Customer service. Incompetent employees. The guy was rude. I went in their because I bought a Samsung A32. I woke up and the screen was black. As I was in their, the employee was more interested speaking Arabic to whoever he was talking to on the phone, then he was with me. The guy is a LIAR, told me my phone is not under warranty. So I just bought the 33 days ago and its out of warranty. My receipt read 1 year warranty. I would advise to stay away far from. This store.

They sold me something over $30 they didnt work, told be theyll do a return once manager comes in. Next day I called to sad if the manager was there. Now they dont have a “return policy”. Theyre liars and money hungry!

My previous phone had screen issues after 2 years. In my panic, I ran to this store to get a new phone. The gentleman there was incredibly helpful, but due to system errors I was not able to purchase my phone. However, the same individual stayed there with me over 45 minutes past closing time to accommodate me. Im now posting this review on my brand new phone; of which Im loving. 5 out of 5 stars for me. This location is immensely helpful and dedicated to their brand!

Started plan on the 17th and quoted a price of 100.00 for 3 lines. I was sent a text stating bill was due on the 14th and was 100.00 but, went to store and price was 119.00 plus tax. Then clerk tried to upsell me a new phone and a sd card.

Boost is in the process of illegally changing peoples plans without their authorization or knowledge. I would give them negative one million if it was an option.
