Online says they open at 7am. Called 3 times no answer, came up here all lights are off and nobody is around. This is ridiculous very poor service an what a great way to show up to work on time. So what’s Walmart on Brant Pike. Just a come to work when you want kinda place. Hire responsible people to work for your store not some free loading stand around non professional lazy mechanics. Will never come here again

This place absolutely sucks! I have waited an hour just to have a car battery changed! The guy that was working on my vehicle could not stay focused on a single simple task, and he kept walking away to talk to people. I hate this place, and I will never bring my vehicle here again!

Good price but with first come first serve I waited 1 3/4 hrs. Even with my long shopping list & browsing thats a long time. Ill try groupon next time.

Made an emergency stop to replace a flat spare tire for my spare tire lol also purchased a new factory size tire. Great price and fast service time!

The worst auto center ever avoid at all costs. I got tires installed they immediately placed a nail in it after I declined the warranty. Fortunately I changed my mind and bought the warranty before I left.Girlfriend decides to go for an oil change there and I go in for her. I wait for 20 minutes before a customer behind me asks around for help. An associate walks to their garage and tells them to help us. They said we have to wait. We wait another 10 minutes and a very obese man, a bite away from a cardiac arrest, tells me we cant do oil changes no more. It was 4 pm and they close at 7 pm. (-5)/5 stars.

Showed up with a screw in my tire. Handed my keys to a guy who said I had 2 cars in front of me. He claimed it should take 45 minutes. 2 and a half hours later my car was still in the same parking spot with a screw still in the tire. I asked for my keys back and left. Took my car to niece tire on valley st. They took care of me took about 10 minutes and it was 5 bucks instead of 30 at Walmart.

Got a set of tires there. Everybody was nice,great prices!! Will buy from them again!!!

Had my oil changed and its late had to take it back to and then they tried to tell me that they forgot to clean my car off of old oil not buying it the oil was too clear

Oil change was fairly fast. Never understood why they say for the premium oil change they sweep your car. It never happens.

I believe the bad reviews are because of employees that no longer work at this Auto Center. The folks here today just took excellent care of us. Very grateful.

Technician Scott is very good two people told me to go to Walmart and ask for him and he was great.

Be okay if they were open when theyre supposed to supposed to be open at 7:00 I dont open up until like noon

Called this place on Tuesday spoke to a person who said they would be open at 11 everyday. I even asked are you sure because the time you gave me does not match the time google said they would be open their response was yes I’m sure. Here I am today 10/8/2020 and there are 2 other people that have been standing in line since 11 so for a full hour because they were told that time too.

I have no issues with the quality of work performed. That is why they got two stars. But like most other reviews they take way to long to get the job done. If you have plenty of time then go here, if not try somewhere else.I dont know if other Walmart Auto Centers are the same or not. This center has 3 bays, one for oil changes and two for tires. When I arrived both tires bays were empty. I went for 4 new tires. I asked how long and was told at least 2 hours. I said why, both bays are empty. Was told only one technician had showed up. This was at 10:00 am, three hours after they had opened. About an hour later there were two more technicians so that was good at least. At about the 1 hour 15 minute mark they pulled my car in and raised it up. Then it sat for 20 minutes with nothing done to it. I watched as all the technicians did no work. They would come inside and chat with the cashier, chat with each other and talk on their phones. I watched as it happened. In my opinion too much slacking off when work should be happening. I have been at the Huber Heights Walmart shopping and have noticed numerous times the Auto Center closes early.The Auto Center Manager needs to be relieved of duty (fired) and a leader brought in to make the place operate as people expect it to be.

Excellent service

Called and they said they only had one car in for an oil change and could get me in for a tire rotation pretty quick. I get there and they tell me 45 minutes (no big deal, I need to shop). I get back 50 minutes later to checkout and see where my car is to learn its not even in the garage yet. 25 minutes after they and they are just pulling it into the garage.

Everytime i call this place to see if they can change oil in my car since i have shoping to do they tell me the wait it is 3-5hrs long. Funny cuz there is only ever 2 cars in the stalls and the staff are just walking around.what a joke .been calling now for 3 weeks. It use to be convenient but now i will gladly pay the higher price and be done in 15 mins elsewhere.

I show up for a full set of new tires(called ahead to make sure they were in stock) i arrive there is one car in the garage, 4 service techs and they tell me my vehicle will be ready in 1 hour. Here i am 2 hours later my vehicle is still in the air and 2 cars that came in after me have been serviced.

Horrible! Need to be able to give negative stars. Showed up was told I could get right in. After a 10 min wait and questioning an employee, someone finally came over to sign me in then proceeded to tell me it would be over an hour wait. Meanwhile there is ONE car in this multiple bay garage and multiple techs standing around.

Got in with blown tire service mgr very understanding respectful had wait time but service was worth it

No one knew how to check me out. I asked one person who was wearing a vest and she said she was going to clock out. Is walmart so big they can provide terrible service and not be affected??!

I was there twice in one week and was refused service for a tire replacement. I went there 2-4hrs before closing and they always had an excuse and on why they couldnt put a tire on. They was really rude when turning me away.

The last several times I have gone for an oil change they have closed several hours early.Worthless

Terrible service. Waited in line for 30 minutes for a greeting... and I was greeted by an associate forcefully telling me that I would have to wait a long time for service... no thanks.

Horrid service long wait times no matter how many people are there working or in line. You can count on at least a 2 hour wait for oil change
