Open 24 hours (pharmacy too) with a friendly staff (pharmacist Kevin and floorperson Liz were both SO nice to me, even when I forgot my paperwork and had to come back in) and the store has a wide selection of products that is well lain out and organized (it felt like every label was even facing in the same direction).

I switched to another pharmacy due to CVS charging me twice the amount for my prescription compared to another pharmacy. It was also due to the incompetence and ill mannered staff. I would call for my prescription and they would tell me it was being filled, I would get down to the pharmacy after some time and they would tell me it hadnt been filled yet. This happened almost every single time. I felt any staff member I spoke to seemed to be rude and constantly angry like they hated working there. After a year of being a customer of theirs and having these types of experiences I finally made the decision to go somewhere else.

I have called the late night pharmacist a couple times just to get medicine information and he is always more than helpful and answers my questions. Thank you.

Went in feeling miserable for passport photos (because who enjoys that process) and walked out happy! Lynda helped me; the saint! She made the process quick and easy; was helpful and informative on what is appropriate/not allowed in photos. Other places charge over $25 for these photos but at CVS they were $14.99 + $2.99 for the biometrics check. Make sure to let them know how many pics you need ahead of time, FYI. If you need passport photos, go to the CVS on Grand River and ask Lynda to help ya.

They need to clean the parking lot. Theres trash everywhere

The people working here constantly act annoyed and like they cannot be bothered. The cashier, Stephanie, is the rudest cashier I have met. She couldn’t care less about ringing me up, she cared more about when she was going on lunch break with her coworker. She spoke to me very rudely while ringing me up as well. I will not be back to this CVS location.

Quick visits are always easy at CVS. I dont believe I have ever spent more then 15 minutes in this store at any one time. Helpful pharmacy staff who are quick and efficient at completing orders, and the regular retail staff are engaging, friendly, and cordial. Great place to stop in if you are in need of pharmaceuticals as it is located just outside of Howell downtown.

The only 24hr CVS in Livingston County. Next closest is in Okemos, (30 mins away). Never very busy, so getting in and out is a breeze. Poorly lit outside and staff occasionally comes across as rude.

Was frustrated at the wait time for post op meds but realized they are working as hard as they can being short workers. Finally got the needed meds.

Its open 24/7. Thats about the only good thing. The people at the pharmacy are like automatons, just going thru the motions, not caring or doing anything extra to help. It is aggravating to stand in line at this place and then get such unenthusiastic help from people who make mistakes. Dont go here if you dont have to.

I will try to post with 0 stars that what this place deserves. The people working here are all grouchy and rude. The manager wouldnt even do a refund for me because his rudeness made me get upset. Now me being upset he tells me not to come in his store anymore. His name is Terry. I hope people read this review no one needs to be treated like I was. It wont let me post without putting a star down but this store deserves negative stars.

Told my Rx would be ready in 30 minutes, gave extra time, still not ready, blamed me, and being too busy, no one here. 2 times this happened. Too Lazy

I only ever go here for random reasons in the middle of the night, so I dont know about the customer service during the DAY, but the night shift here is always so friendly and helpful.Judy spent at least 20 minutes trying to help me out with a sale so I could get my extra care bucks.So, I guess if you want excellent service, go in the middle of the night.

I have dealt with other pharmacys that just absolutely could not do anything as to helping me out even when the blame fell on them. Every time I have had an issue with CVS pharmacy in Howell the pharmacist Anna has been a miracle worker. She has come through for me on numerous occasions and does it all with a sunny disposition! My medicine is very important as most are and I would get sick if I did not have it. Anna has proved to do the impossible in a grim situation. I reccomend this pharmacy as Anna would do whatever she can in her power to help a patient/client. She really is the best! Many thanks for always helping me when things seemed so dark you brightened them up. You really are wonderful! Keep doing an absolutely amazing job!

The pharmacist John is an amazing and caring individual. He takes the time to get the RX right and filled. If Yu have questions John is whom to ask.

A customer deserves to be treated in a timely manner, with professionalism, respect, common decency, willingness to help and consideration. My experience here with the front counter “shift manager” on Saturday was so far off track! I will never understand the reason for her conduct. It was rude, impolite, unpleasant and most offensive. Because of this employee I had to endure this uncomfortable, embarrassing and distressing situation.Not one of the other employees at this CVS has ever treated me in this manner!

Corporate needs to hire more pharmacy staff. Very slow. The only reason I havent switched is because its open 24 hours.

Pharmacy is always very helpful whenever I have questions. Cashier counter is also always very nice.

Customer service here is lacking. The only interaction you get is at the checkout counter. I wont let prices reflect my review, since its probably set by corporate, but, since its cvs, be prepared to pay too much for whatever you need.

I had to come here last night at 4 am to get a script after being in the ER for an ear infection. I was prescribed ear drops that I now know are no longer available in the US (Auralgan).The pharmacist (an older, very nice and seemingly knowledgeable man) told me that he has not had Auralgan in stock since fall. I asked if that meant that I call other pharmacies to see if it is in stock. He said yes.8 am this morning, when pharmacies open, my boyfriend and I called 6 different places asking about Auralgan. Finally, the last place told us that is no longer is sold in the US.This guy was a licensed pharmacist and had no idea that this medication wasnt even available. Futhermore, he apparently was so busy at 4 am on a Tuesday that he couldnt be bothered to call the hospital to ask for a substitution. There was no one else in the whole store. Unbelievable. I dont remember his name or it would be getting published. Customer service is DEAD.Only reason I have 2 stars instead of 1 was because the other scripts I needed were filled within about 5 minutes.

I have not only been treated with kindness but Anna always asks about how Im doing and genuinely wants to aid in my long-term care and goals A+++

Very friendly employees that seem ..poorly trained..just feel very uncomfortable in this store. On the other hand..The parking lot is always empty and there are no long lines.

We were waiting at the cashier for ten minutes because the cashier couldnt figure out how to over ride a $1.50 coupon on nuts. Ok, maybe she is new. The store manager, Terry comes up and stared at everything for a couple of minutes. My mom says something. Terry says, excuse me maam Im talking to my cashier right now.

Ive only gone here for photos and ill be going somewhere else next time. the couples times ive gotten photos here, they arent cut correctly, one i ordered was missing (went back to get it for free), and there was a grey line along the left side of the machine that i couldnt get around, had to cut it off all my pics

This is the most overpriced slow service drug store Ive ever been to I dropped a prescription off here an hour and a half ago had dinner and came back and they still didnt have it done and said theyre still backed up working on scripts from 10am this morning and the other day it took them over 3 hours to fill a 5 pill script horrible service and attitude from theyre staff I wouldnt even give 1 star if I didnt have to
