Best staff I have ever encountered! Just went above and beyond to help me! Would definitely recommend for your holiday shopping.

Worst experience in a yankee candle store... the staff wasn’t helpful at all. Every time i would ask if they have an specific candle she would say “no we don’t “ and then a minute later after digging through the whole store i found the stuff she wasn’t helping me to find. I honestly not sure why she was behaving with me that way, they were both rude and nasty they way they talked to us and followed by admitting they hated that they were open until 9 when others stores close at 7 which it was truly unprofessional but is neither here or there. Honestly, after this experience, i advise to go any other yankee store! I would rather drive an hr and half to Great Lakes crossing than coming back to this store. They have better attitude and will sell you stuff than this people!

The ladies in the store were friendly and helpful.

Erika was very patient with me and willing to help me out despite me being a pain in the butt and getting there right before close. Super nice lady!! Thank you so much for the help!!
