I love them their reasonable and they are always my first stop when I’m looking for any shoe

The staff was great, wasnt sure what size shoe my son was from a summer growth spurt... she measured him and brought us a few sizes! We found what we needed and got in and out!

The service is top notch. The employees are very welcoming and helpful. I went here to purchase my niece sneakers for school and it was an awesome experience.

If you don’t pay attention to the price of the purchase and your sales tax they’ll try to add additional tax and additional dollars to the overall price it happened to me twice and the third time the girl Angie Ford tried to do it again adding 15 dollars to my purchase I caught her address her and of course she played stupid with me I was a loyal customer but I will not be going back to this place the owner that use to be in the store on the men’s side is snobby and acts to good for people after noticing this disgusting behavior I will never return to premium goods they have gotten beyond and beside themselves

Terrible customer service. We drove over 40 min to come here because of the great reviews. I asked the lady to measure my daughters foot and she did and from there we were totally ignored. I had to ask 3-4 Times where a size was and they nonchalantly said 3 rd shelf. They didn’t try to help us find a shoe and were too busy talking amongst themselves. We left and will take our money somewhere else.

Great selection of childrens shoes at reasonable prices! Very comfortable atmosphere. Neat way of keeping the customer informed on their stock of a particular item. All colors of all brands they carry are displayed and if you want to see if they have a particular size in stock just flip the shoe over and handwritten on a sticker on the bottom are all the current sizes available! When a size sells out they cross it off the sticker. No wasted time sending your sales associate back and forth and minimal disappointment from the kiddos as you can pre filter their shoe options by a quick glance at the bottom of the shoe! The downside is that I suspect they keep a small inventory because there are a lot of crossed out sizes on a majority of the shoes we were interested in on our particular visit.

This is the BEST place in Houston to purchase your childrens sneakers. The owner and staff are extremely nice and helpful! I will forever purchase from Premium Kids!!!!
