The best store to purchase high grade wood finishes

One of the worst experiences Ive had at any store. I should have read the reviews. If you want customer service - go any where else. If you want lower prices - go any where else. Trust me, there are other places that sell Ben Moore paint - Ace Hardware for instance. Sherman Williams has a great selection of colors.In response - I was never informed the paint would have to be mixed. I requested white. In fact, I took in the can of Ben Moore paint I purchased from ACE Hardware and the label said White. No mixing involved. It is obvious that your company and employees lack communication skills as evident from the reviews. But go ahead, bury your head in the sand, dont bother to change anything.In addition, I found this particular line of paint was so thick that it would not go through the sprayer and had to be diluted. Great. $68 a can and it was diluted. Its gets better and better. I will never buy Benjamin Moore paint again. Ive painted the entire inside of my house using paint purchased from Home Depot and Ace Hardware and I dont have any complaints. One purchase from this store and of Ben Moore brand and thats enough for me.

Quick and easy, it was an errand for my supervisor as part of the job.

My wife and I went in to select color schemes for our contactor to paint our home. The employee working behind the counter seemed not to care to wait on us and remained behind the counter. As my wife walked to him to ask a question, he quickly picked up the phone and ignored her as he acted to be talking on the phone. We selected our colors, left the store then met with our contractor who informed us that he would get our paint at the Sugarland location as he chooses not to do business at the Jones Rd location due to the poor customer service. Also, there werent any other customers in the store while we were there as the Sherwin Williams store across the street was busy...wonder why...

Store closes at 5PM on Fridays. Showed up at 10 till 5 and it was closed. 5PM means 5PM, not 4:50.
