Meet with Roger. He greeted me at the door and asked if I needed anything. I needed assistance finding screws for my smoker to add a latch to hold the fire box closed. He took me and found everything I needed! The type of screws, the washers, everything. He also showed me the high temp paint that they sold (which works wonders in my smoker.) awesome job Mr. Roger. THEY REALLY ARE THE PLACE WITH THE HELPFUL HARDWARE FOLKS!

Never had a problem coming here until recently. I frequently go to Ace because they have the largest selection if various bolts, screws, nuts, pins, etc. for my projects locally. Unfortunately they must not be keeping enough stock of anything because now, I have a hard time finding what I need. Not enough bolts/nuts, not enough hitch pins. They either need to carry more stock of what runs out, or have the restocking company come twice a week instead of just once.

This is by far one of the friendliest retail business I have ever encountered.The employees go out of their way to help find what is needed. I never get that kind of service from any other hardware store. Keep up the great work.and Thank you.

Cypress Ace Hardware was the best hardware store I have ever been to in my entire life. I was greeted with a smile upon arrival. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a staff member by the name of Dwain that took personal time and care to make sure I got everything I needed. If youre in the Cypress area, make Cypress Ace Hardware your Hardware home. Paige was very helpful when me and my partner were trying to find an appropriate replacement breaker for our breaker box, although for some reason the store doesnt allow returns on breakers. So its a good thing we got good help and the one we bought worked out perfectly.

Great store of course all the standard hardware materials plus there is a post office in the back and you can get keys made. Also there is a mailbox right when you walk in to mail letters. One of the best gift shops Ive ever been to.

This place has always been a great place. The folks there make sense and talk sensibly about item and work to help you make good decisions.Once during a hurricane prep they stopped folks from buying dozens of oil lamp cloth wicks. Understand these take a very long time to use up. A very long time. Buying even two (over the one that comes with the lamp) is a complete waste. As they are you can go months of continuous use.They also have awesome fudge.

This is the best hardware store in the Cypress area. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful and the owner was standing outside in 13 degree freezing temps filling propane bottles for folks who really needed them. That kind of dedication is hard to find and would never happen at a big corporate box store. The store has a great oldschool feel to it like a traditional country store but they have everything down to the little oddball things you just cannot find elsewhere. The community should rally around supporting wonderful small American owned and operated businesses like This.

I just bought a Traeger there and the young man that helped me, knew everything about it and had me convinced after 15 minutes. Wow this is a one stop shop for sure. So many different items and a real down home feel supporting local businesses. To top off the experience we found the dog treats we give to our puppies which they just love! Cavemans treats made by a local family with all natural ingredients and no preservatives they are great!! I thought I could only get them on Amazon and we found them here!! The staff also let me in on how they have a donation drive and give more back to the community than anyone would expect. I didnt believe at first till I looked it up myself. Check out thier website and all they have to offer. This location is well kept and a must stop just because. YOU WILL BE HAPPILY SURPRISED!!

The staff at this location are FANTASTIC! Right after the big freeze, Home Depot was out of anything plumbing related. While there was a line to get into the store, they at least had pre-ordered much of the needed plumbing supplies before the freeze. While I was waiting in line, a staff member came outside to notify everyone what was still in stock and what was out, so that you didnt waste your time waiting. Also, once you got into the store, the staff got what you needed, and made sure that just a few were NOT buying up all the supplies. They tried to ration enough so that the most people would be able to fix their frozen/leaking pipes. Great job!!!!

Im sure they have great tools and all that. this is by far the largest and most diverse hardware store Ive ever seen.... but this review is for the fudge. Best fudge Ive had in my life, and I wouldve never thought itd come from a hardware store. Whenever Im back in Houston, Im shipping this home by the pound.

Good employee, but the higher up are rude. I tried to return something the very day I bought the item. The lower employee said yeah we can do returns, the manager said;No! You bought it, you opened. Next! I responded its not even opened? Which he responded with; Doesnt matter. You bought it. You opened it. No returns. Next! I know yall used to return items. Even the lower employee said yeah we return. What the heck? Did yall just turn greedy?

Rude clerks.. make you feel like a common thief because your interested in buying a $25 dog collar. Not even allowed to inspect it before purchasing.. they take it up to the register for you.

Ordered my items arrived to pick them up and left. They were not that helpful and sadly two gentlemen just stared at me and didnt offer to help even though they knew I needed help.

This place is just bad. I will never be back. The workers are just anyone with no knowledge of their job. They sold me map gas instead of propane. This could have burned my house down. I am so happy I stopped at lowes and asked first.

My husband buys his yard stuff there; I just like browsing and finding stuff you wont find anywhere else! They have a great gift selection and delicious fudge to purchase by the pound... Also love their wild bird food & accessories section, as well as the garden flags! Employees are always friendly and helpful... Checkout is a breeze! Its a great store!
