Very friendly place & great prices

Very rude staff, especially offering a coupon to a person in front of me then looked at me and ignored, then went I was requesting for an item, she Immediately responded with an attitude. They seem stuck up. And I love hot topic. The galleria location is horrible with the staff . This will be escalated

Didnt buy anything but a lot of great stuff, friendly staff. Really like the Funko pops had Seinfeld apartment with characters, and my favorite Big Boy burgers w/ counter and stools, and big boy, oh the nostalgia.

So went Christmas shopping. First let me say that of course they are limiting people to the store but hey 5 minute wait that’s cool.... get in the store and on to looking around, mind you I’m not used to shopping at this one, so the selection I was unsure of what they would have this late in the game but gave it a whirl!!! Kat the Assistant Manager immediately started helping me find things online and in store!!! She stayed with me through it all, helped and even was able to still assist other customers and not make me feel like she forgot what she said she would look for!!! She was very helpful, very respectful and extremely kind!!! A true sweet soul!!! I just want to say a VERY BIG SHOUT OUT TO THIS STORE AND THIS ASSISTANT MANAGER KAT whom I hope one day will be “THE MANAGER”!!! If you want GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE hit up this store!!! They are amazing!!! ❤️❤️10 out of 10 would recommend!!! 100% Kat is your main chick!!!!

I love fandom stores. I like going to BoxLunch and Spencer’s too. I think Hot Topic’s quality can vary; sometimes great but sometimes it’s okay. A lot of times the T-shirts aren’t very creative and just plaster on random official art. The backpacks and bags can sometimes have a gem, but other times it’s the same random official art thing. But all in all, I still like browsing here anyway.

Very friendly, The staffed helped me finally to be able to try clothing for my daughter in which she was getting into teen sizes. Super clean, they do limit the people coming in but is worth it.

My daughter found everything she was looking for and then some. Great selection!!

My go to for clothing and more. Great deals and pricing. The staff has always been helpful and kind as well.

The designs are amazing but not value for money. On a sale great place to shop hands down. Office fans can easily spend $50 without blinking once.

Hot Topic is always the place to bring the kid back out of you. The millions of accessories and quite random merchandise you can only expect to find there . Always the same environment in every one Ive ever been to. You know what to expect and its comforting knowing familiar. The vast amount of styles in shirts hats and even socks & stockings. Always a holiday decor that you find that more then Extra. A must one stop shop .

Only part of the store appeals to me. The nerdy stuff is great, but more times than not I will go to Box Lunch as I am not a fan of the loud punk and rock music that plays. Plus I find that Box Lunch has more of the style of pop culture reference items in my style.

Came here to pick up some guages for my ears and a hoop for my lip. This is the best hot topic I have ever been to... The reason being: the staff. All Hot Topics are generally the same so it is the staff that makes all the difference. A+ staff! Friendly and helpful.

Pretty standard here! Great people, great help, fun products. No issues, and it was clean and a welcoming atmosphere. I usually swing by when Im in the area.

This worker made my daughters trip very uncomfortable. He kept talking to her after she said she did not need help. He followed her around the store. She had to leave before she could buy anything because he made her feel unsafe.

I always love just walking in to see whats new. The staff is always nice and welcoming and I always stop by when Im at the galleria.

Absolutely SLOWEST cashier experience Ive ever witnessed. Overall shopping experience was good though.

Good selection of items. Dont try to ask for help though-employees will act like they are too cool to bother with you-its pretty annoying actually after the say their required Welcome to Hot topic they become impossible to find.

The lady who was wearing cat ears and pink eyeshadow was very helpful and super informative. She also listened to my whole spiel on why the exorcist is a very scary movie.

Very obnoxious employees that swears they are right about the pricing of their products and will argue with you about it until they scan it just to find out how stupid they were, no apology what so ever. Very uninformed about their promo deals, lost out on a good amount of money because a lack of knockledge from the employees also manager as well. I will never go to this store again, I should have just stuck with first colony where they actually care for their customers and help them with the best deal possible instead of being sneaky rats.

Prices are high but the quality is amazing.

Park in the Red Garage for easy access. Staff was very helpful; the guy even got me a shirt off the wall that was a display bc it was the last one in my size.

This place usually has great service but i went in there yesterday just to get a couple of shirts but i really couldnt get them in one peace the store was messy,merchandise on the ground everywhere and when i was checking out the cashier was talking over me the whole time
