They have the Mexican employees with the know it all dirty attitude when picking up here.

I have been buying sheet metal from a lot of different companies and a lot of things go wrong. I can say that MBCI might take a little longer than other companies, but everything is in good quality and correct. And if something is wrong it will get fixed. The sales team not only takes your order carefully but offers items that you might need or have forgot about. They seem to currently be restaffing the sales team. You can still count on Gary or Carlos to be there when help is needed. I would definitely recommend those two sales reps for the best knowledge. Plan it out and get it done right. I recommend this company.

Quality products. You get what you pay for. Loads of information is given to you. Excellent customer service if you get to see Carlos Rodriguez. Anyone else is questionable but doable.

I wish I had seen the Zero integrity review because don’t be a small business here... they could care less about your business... disgusting service manager didn’t have the stones to face me only sent a subordinate to deliver the news and went to lunch...I wish I could give zero stars...

This is the capital of a great roofing empire. They have locations everywhere, make a wide range of panels in a lot of colors.If you want a R panel or other type of metal vertical panel roof, MBCI is as good as any place to start. Weve never had a problem with their product.

Absolutely the worst metal company. I deal with all of the major metal manufacturers in the in the roofing industry and i can say i will never do business with MBCI again. Horrible lead time on orders, extremely unprofessional field inspectors and they have some of the worst details for architectural grade roofs. These guys obviously dont care about customer service. they have recently fired all of their sales reps and only want you to order online now. their technical department is a joke at best. all the details they have are stuck in the 1950s and based around PEMB products that dont have to look good. One of the worst panels in the industry is the 3 symmetrical panel that leaks from day 1. if it is the snap lock 3 panel it will blow apart in every heavy wind on an open frame building. it is amazing that this company hasent been sued out of existence years ago. The good thing is my business is good with the repairs and re-roofs i get calls on every day due to their products.

Sales is very helpful. There is a new waiting area. Carlos showed me how to work the coffee. They dont sell deking sheets, but carlos took the time to find a company for me.

Horrid. Amazing to see a business with such non-customer who cares attitude. The receptionist is the only customer-friendly employee. Pick up topped it off. They hade back into a bay and then just disappeared. After 10 or so minutes I went to see where they went. Their break was about to start so they would be back in 15 was the prediction. Well 25 minutes later I saw some guys moving about. At the 50 minute mark no one still. Hell, you get it. Still sitting here.

I miss working with MBCi Houston! The management team was always an open door policy. There were very rough times working here, very overloaded in the Sales Department but we all worked very well with each other, one thing for certain (you were never bored). We always made sure that we checked with everyone when in need of help. MBCi houston sales always treated each other like family. I miss all my friends that I still keep in contact with several of them at least all the ones that started when I did. In 2015 is when a new family was created at this location! Love and miss my friends/family.

Never buy from this place !! Placed an order over the phone with this company. Salesman instructed me to which product meet my needs - a 20 vent when product arrived it was 36. My wife brought the unopened product to them for a refund and they wouldnt take it back. $310.52 plus tax vent. After much back and forth - she said she wouldnt ever buy from them again they acted like they didnt care and was like ok no problem. So I decided I would call - Spoke with many people including the manager Martin. Had the exact experience as my wife - they dont care and do not stand behind their products !!! If I could rate Zero stars I would - Zero integrity at this place
