James is right. They made me wait until after their break (which is fine), but when they had me pull in and unstrap, two employees stood around talking for at least 10 minutes after I was unstrapped and back in my truck. The lack of speed is annoying and the unloader (mine, anyway) had an attitude that said youre just a truck driver. Im far more important than you, and you are just an inconvenience. I will more than likely be refusing any other loads going to or from any EMJ facility.

This place will not unload until 18:00 hours, other than that no issues pleasant peeps

Waited 3 hrs to pickup steel in will call.What a joke of a place.
