Had everything you really needed very very expensive and it didnt buy anything nice luggage not at a bargain price

Great place for travel

Bought my first bags from the store. I had no clue there was so much to know about luggage, but they were very knowledgeable and helped me through the process. The store manager Robert specifically helped me land on a new Briggs and Riley bag. Very thankful

If you want top quality luggage this is THE place to go. I bought a set of luggage made of fabric and leather at the Houston Trunk Factory when I was 15 years old and traveled all over the globe with it for over 4 decades without any problems. It looked classy to the end, when I finally purchased something with wheels. The staff there is outstanding.

On Monday, February 11, 2019 around 7pm, my wife and I came here shopping for new luggage for our upcoming trips this year.However, we never got a chance to because the saleswoman was so extremely rude that we were turned off and left the store. We never got a chance to get her name but she seemed to be the only person in the front of the store.First of all, she never put her phone away or got up from the spot that she was sitting. She never came to assist us. She continued to speak to us from across the store, as we shopped, even when we were browsing in the back of store.The last straw was when she snapped at my wife and then at me, when we were looking at the Rimowa luggage. If she would have given us anything remotely close to good customer service then she wouldn’t have had to snap at us about how “delicate” the luggage was. So we just left the store and went straight to the Tumi store.Maybe when we’re back at The Galleria, we’ll stop in and get her name so maybe she can go through further customer service training.As a business owner, I understand it’s hard to deal with employees constantly on their phones during work hours, but I would hope that they would drop everything as soon as a customer comes in.

Overpriced shop elsewhere for sure

Very good selection of products with brands like Tumi, Rimowa, Briggs and Riley, Brics, Victorinox, and friendly treatment. I would definitely recommend it!

I purchased luggage on Monday, but they did not have my carry-on bag in stock. I was told that it would be shipped next day air, so I should get it Tuesday ...well, Tuesday and Wednesday came...NO BAG! I just received an email from UPS and I was lied to, my bag was not shipped next day air it was shipped 2nd day air. Jason at this location is a liar, so if you really need luggage on a specific day don’t buy from here!!!
