I just placed an order to completely out fit a step deck trailer that I am picking up last minute today. Tim at Murphy industrial and his team provided me with three quotes and then an update. Once I received approval they cut the chains to order, filled the entire order of chains, binders, tarp straps and ratchet straps and delivered it to me while I was waiting at the Kenworth dealer to have the headache rack bolted to the truck. I needed a security chain for my motorcycle. I found Murphy Industrial and called them with my questions. The folks at Murphy were extremely helpful and well knowledgeable. Their website is also well laid out and the checkout process was easy. I went with local pick-up since I needed it quickly. My order was ready for pickup very shortly thereafter.Their marketing approach is very informative and personal. Awful service, horrible wait times, not a very good waitress. They ran out of food that was ordered and took 20 minutes to tell us.
