First time trying them out and last . Their customer service over the phone is terrible, sales have poorly material knowledge as well.Friendly reminder, the client doesnt go with the intention of getting anything for free .

I called a multitude of Lumber yards looking for 6 round stock posts for a custom bed I am building. No one had anything over 3.5 and had no idea where to find anything like it. When I called this business the young lady I spoke with said that her boss may know. Dan took 20 min explaining the difference in the wood types even though he did not have what I was looking for. Then gave me different options for the size I was looking for in square stock and told me where I might be able to find it. He went so far as to look up the facility and give me the address. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
