I love this tool store. People always say their products are cheap and not well made. Well I cant tell the difference because I cant afford the name brand ones!! So I keep purchasing affordable tools from here and if I am not happy with the product, I have 3 month no hassle returns! Keep your receipt, they wont do a refund without it!

Harbor freight for me is like a kid in a candy store.You can always find something else to purchase.Checkout can be a bit slow,but its usually worth the wait.

Went in looking for a Drill Master drill. The only one they had was the display model. Not only did they not have any on the shelf, they didnt have a space on the shelf for them. I have pictures of the area to prove the above statement. I waited for 45 minutes in the store for help, nobody even said hello to me. I guess I will use their competition.

I found some really good tools here today with the guys. I highly recommend as i was able to find decent tools with good pricing. Some say they are real cheap here but some their products are well worth it.

Dont miss the place on the right if the freeway. I looked up a tool for the price i like online, go to the store and find it. I am happy then. Customer service is 3.5 for efficiency.

This store is good in a lot of ways but they did not have any chain saw replacement parts.

Purchased an electric pole saw on sale for 70 bucks after having researched several much more expensive corded and way more expensive cordless models...it is more than adequate for my needs so why pay 100 dollars for a battery, 100+ for the tool and leave it in the shed most of the year? The store I visited was neat and orderly, and the staff was efficient and courteous.

This is a very nice Harbor Freight Tools. The store is clean with good merchandise presentation.You can find 20% off coupons in the Sunday newspaper, or you can sign up for their monthly catalog. They run a monthly sale on many items. I bought a nice 25 ft. Pittsburg tape for 99¢.

The sign for your checkout lane is not very visible and confusing. I have glasses and have trouble seeing. cashier was very rude to me telling me to go to the back of the line after waiting 20minutes. I just left. This was my first experience at harbor freight tools. I shouldnt have listened to the person that recommended this place. I guess ill be shopping at the competition from now on.

Normally I am all for harbor freight, but having the website show incorrect qty because they INCLUDE the display model is incredibly frustrating. Went to THREE locations to get 1 thing.In the future I will just get it via Amazon. Probably spent 90 minutes going from 1 store to the next.

I came in because I get emails as a member, and on may 28,21 I wanted to shop for things I needed manifold A/C gauges not in stock, Daytona Jack not available, what the hell,the memorial sale just begun, so I ask the Manager and he was rude when I ask about the items, if people cant represent there company with a professional attitude the they need to find another position.

There was only ONE cashier working and 20 people in line. Not even the manager helped the one man. Just looked on. Wow. Last time here. Other locations way better than here. Waited a whole 40 mins to check out.

I bought a tool that broke they say life time warranty so they replaced no question ask no even proof of purchase I liked

You get what you pay for it. The tool doesnt last long. It do the job but in a decent quality. Power tool is weak compare to other brands

Harbor Freight is changing. The prices are not that good anymore. The coupons are rare and not worth the trip.This particular location has iffy service. I have complained to corporate about the specific person twice and he is still there.The choices are limited as marketing has moved most of the lower priced stuff to the online store and shipping charges make it impossible to buy.The insider club charges annual dues. No dealNot my goto place anymore for a frugal shopper. Bye yaall

Love this place, love the prices and the coupons. Sometimes the tools don’t hold up well but their clamps are great, more disposable goods like sandpaper, chip paint brushes, etc are great. I wish they sold more screws as their multi pack sets are great quality ones!Only cons are their selection of casters and lack of sale on them. The quality of their longer F style / parallel clamps leave much to be desired. The kits for making pipe clams are so overly coated it’s hit or miss if they will work with any standard pipe. Still for the price, it’s worth a trip.

I used to love this location a lots but since yesterday night not more. i got a Vulcan welding helmet and bought an insurance couple months ago. then on last Friday, my welding wasnt working right so i was going to exchange it fpr a new one i got there at 6 closing time i know they told me they were closed but had people inside shopping. changing my hood would take 2 mins but they refused me entry i drove 20 mins to get there its unbelievable never coming to this location again

I needed electric hedge trimmer. Harbor Freight had a sale on the trimmer. Compared to Walmart and Target, Harbor Freight had a better deal. Also picked up micro clothes and safety glasses. Very much pleased with prices and the customer service that I received. I was greeted when I came in and was asked if I needed help with anything. The young man also said to me to have a good day when I left. Store was clean and no items were all over the place. Love it!!
