This is a great place for more than just lighting. I often find great accessories, canvas art and unique mirrors at this location. They have a very diverse lighting collection in stock. If not in stock, the turn around has been rather quick considering. The sales reps are friendly and are great at helping you source from their catalogs if you dont find what youre looking for on the showroom floor. All price points are accomodated here. This is a large showroom. It often feels messy, but I think thats because they sell stock quicker than they can keep the showroom together. The parking is limited, that said, I have never had a problem parking. I enjoy bringing clients here. We can usually always find something to fit our designs here.

Amazingly large selection of lighting fixtures...if you cant find what you are looking for, it doesnt exist. They also design their own fixtures. Service was very helpful and not rushed.

Nice of y’all to leave your entire showroom of lights on, that can be seen from blocks away, for multiple days when there is a statewide power shortage.

Ive been a locksmith for over 40 years and have purchased and referred many customers to this location. Recently we needed a part for a EMTEK lock. I called to check on availability and was informed they were not interested in getting the hardware we needed to perform the repairs. I was told they are only interested in dealing with the end user. I informed them that I had ordered parts in the past and was quick to send new customers their way. No luck I had to inform the customer and ended up getting it online. Not sure what has happened to customer service here but I will no longer be sending folks their way.

Use a contractor or designer for discounts to make this place affordable. We ordered undercounted lights pendent lights and cabinet pulls. Not cheap but product help was good and product looks nice.

Its not the biggest lighting store on Richmond, but they have a great selection and very helpful staff! They usually have everything in stock. No waiting and no custome order fees. Reasonable return policy. The fixture I wanted wasnt listen on sale, even though the companion pieces were marked down. The sales woman noticed this and applied the sale to the light I wanted. It was an overall very stress free shopping experience!

Great lighting selections with even more options in their vendor catalogs. They will match any reasonable prices from the internet. Good knowledgeable staff.

This is a highend store offering plumbing fixtures for upscale baths and cabinet hardware. Elegant tubs, stone to porcelain, tolets that flush and clean themselves, solid brass/ bronze door hardware, in all the popular finishes, and custom made if needed. This is place to come and find the fixture you have beel looking for, but could never find.

First time there on Friday. Nice showroom, one salesman busy the other after 20 minutes came over asked if I need help. I explained I needed knobs and hardware forgotten by contracter. I thought it was not going to be needed with this cabinetry. Also towel bars. He was rather rude and just pointed to the polished nickel knobs. I would never go there again. I am glad I used Ferguson and Restoration hardware.

I went in the store last week and was interested in some new lights to install for the remodeling of my home. I found ones I liked and wanted to purchase, but could not get anyones attention to wait on me! I even stood at the front counter next to where they were chatting (about their weekend) I suppose I could have when disturbed their conversation and asked will they help me...maybe I could have said pretty please with sugar on top to break up the gossip and chatting, but instead I just walked off.Now, which that being said, Im actually happy to have experienced their rudeness. I went back and snapped a couple of pics of the chandeliers that I wanted and went home and looked online. Everything they have marked up was available online for a significant savings. There are numerous websites, LampsPlus and even Amazon to name only two. What I did was simply type in the manufacturer of the light and many sites came up. I spent close to $2000 purchasing my new lights which would have been at least 25% more at this rude place (which I was ready to do when I was ignored)...plus no state sales tax and free shipping. So in closing...thank you Lighting Inc for being so rude! You saved me some big money!

There are plenty of options on the website, but customer service was rude and impatient. Much different from other lighting companies in the area that I called who were far more courteous.

My husband and I walked into the store. Out of 7 employees sitting at the front and back of the store, not one person acknowledged us or asked us if we needed any help. Totally disrespectful and poor customer service. I have never experienced this in any store I ha e been in. Very dissatisfied. At this point I wouldnt care if they carries an item I really liked, I wouldnt give them my money. My husband ended up calling the manager who said he asked his employees if anyone spoke to us (he saw us in the store)... Give me a break. Hope this is read by the owner so this can be addressed.
