Big Tex Feed Hardware & Pet Supply tags are the best. I recently got a new pup, and a Boomerang was my first purchase for her. They are strong, stay put, and the etching doesnt wear since it doesnt swing around. I also feel safe leaving my collars on full time, without worrying about tags getting stuck and injuring my dogs. They will easily last the lifetime of your pet.

Been coming for years. They carry vaccinations for my dogs. They have everything you could ever need.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.Next door is an animal hospital that is getting off the ground and seems very promising. They do walk-ins for household domestic critters Sunday through Wednesday .

Love the beautiful customer service they have everything you need from dog treats, to when your loved pet babies aren’t feeling well they carry medicine. As well as shots and micro chips on Saturdays. Not to forget to mention the beautiful selection of collars of all sizes and colors. Get your pets right !

I drive out of my way to come to Big Tex despite there being at least two other feed stores nearer to where I live.

Unfortunately, both ladies working in the store today did not have nametags. I walked in, was not greeted in any capacity. I was not offered help as 1 girl walked past me, Im sure she could see the look of confusion on my face standing in the aisle. Instead of offering actual assistance when I asked, she was rude and told me all the items worked..not what people buy the most or what she heard. Im tired of typing now, so I wont be on the other one. Needless to say,I traveled out of my way and now, wont be back.

The owner lady was very rude to me when I was trying to park in handicap spot when I had the proper documents she assumed nothing was wrong with me because of my face. I have been stabbed Over 8 times in my stomach and was involved in a motorcycle accident in which my ankle was broken. She wanted me to park on the other side where they I stalled tires. I could not walk that far to get to their door. I’m very shocked at her attitude towards me being she think I’m just a young guy by the look of my face. I really did not appreciate that. Everyone else are angels and I still continue to shop there wonderful people. Maybe she was having a bad day. But still no apology or nothing. I hope she doesn’t treat anyone else like that. They might not be as nice as I was.

Big Tex has the nicest staff. We sat around and talked for awhile and thats rare to do now a days in places. I came to get Victor Dog food for my American Bully. Keep supporting local business.

If you are looking for a store that is going to have THE EXACT SAME faces every time you go into the store this is the one. I have been coming to this location for about 3 years now. CHEAP amazing TOP QUALITY animal food they have just about everything in there you need for any animal. The most wonderful thing my boyfriend and I love about Mrs.Davis is the fact that she has love for each and every customer that walks in the door needing assistance. She is very knowledgeable and loves to give advice would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stop by for ANY pet related questions.

Went to purchase annual booster shots for my very large and overly EXCITED dog after a vet suggested euthanasia. The gentleman behind the counter thoroughly explained how to care for my dog in the comfort of my home from administering shots to deworming. While my dog may have a huge bark, he also is a big baby who just wants to be loved!
