Als Handy Hardware on Aldine Mail Rte just east of Airline Dr. is one of the best Ace stores in the Houston area.The store is well stocked with good merchandise presentation. They have a wide range of products for all the building trades and the home DIYer. There is is a large concrete parking lot.The store is well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful associates.

Ive been going here since before I got out of high school and I graduated in 83 I sure like your new place theyre always real helpful seem to have whatever you need.

Usually food is good .Last visit that was not the case. I cannot recommend this place

Its a small place but its good they had what I needed so if u need something like plumbing they might have it it depends what it is

I went in looking for some high temperature silicone and they had it.i would say it was a successful trip.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop. Because they have the biggest selection of basic to unique items. I use my rewards card and get discount coupons and $ off.

Als employees are always helpful, good selection of items. A little high on some prices,but not as crowded as Home Depot. They have some products that Home Depot doesnt carry.

Cant keep inventory counted correctly. I ordered an item that they said they had in stock, which was not correct.

Its ducked off. Almost hiding. Cashier and employees know thier stuff! Aware of new things on market. Bought a bbq pit here they even put it together for me because the one i bought online they didnt have.

Its ok as far as variety of merchendice and tools but the prices are insane on some of the stuff but at some point theres a need for convinience and time saving it will be convinient to have it close by

The staff is always willing to help and are knowledgeable with most questions. You can find most everything that you can find at any other major hardware store. I tend to go to the big three only because the prices are generally a little lower.

Went in to get a key made and the sweet young lady was able to replace a battery in my key fob. It hasnt worked be in months! I am thrilled.

I have shopped at Ace Hdwe many times.. I love the employees.. they are always helpful.. the management has VERY good folks! They stock more items than big Hdwe stores do!

I went in today not very positive that they would have what I needed. I was going to go look but was greeted as soon as I walked in the door asking if I needed help. I took their offer and although the shim I needed wasnt something standard, he walked me directly to the location and pulled what I needed out, bagged it and asked if I needed anything else. Was in and out in a couple minutes and it was exactly what I needed. Definately recommend this place.

Wide variety of hardware so if your needing some keystock or metric bolts in a pinch give them a shot

This store has everything for homes built in the 50s to newly built homes. From the smallest items, to the most unexpected. Just ask anyone who works there. They meet you at the door and can walk you straight to the item you need. Im fortunate to have Als HH on my neighborhood.

This place looks hidden. Aisle were fully cramped with items in the area that we were looking for a lunch bag. We had preorder a lunch bag online and it was handed to us a little bit dirty. Who wants a dirty brand new lunch bag. We couldnt exchange it or see if there was another lunch bag because theres practicly out of stock of any lunch bags or they all mixed up somewhere else. Horrible customer service!!!!! Asked one of the employees for help and he just walked right passed me instead of saying “I’m sorry I would be right with you I’m a second I’m with a customer “. I informed the manager and the manager did not take action at all.
