After having our kitchen renovated we called in Santiago to install countertops. Once his team left we realized they had screwed the dishwasher in crooked and left a considerable gap in the trim. I sent him pictures and tried to reach him about this several times, however, to date he has literally left me on “read”. The countertops were installed quickly and the dimensions are all correct which is awesome. There were some dings in the paint that we had to retouch but that’s no big deal. The dishwasher situation is actually quite annoying because the kitchen would be otherwise perfect for this reno stage. We had planned for Santiago to come back and install the remaining portion of our slabs in the bathroom renovations and outdoor kitchen, however, that won’t be the case. After so many great reviews I am quite disappointed in the lack of customer service I received and I wonder what factor led to this....

We go to Northwest Granite and Marble everytime we have an issue with granite at the hotel. Santiago does an incredible job. He is very well mannered and he does each and every job with care. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I were so very pleased with Santiago. His work with granite is excellent. He may look young but he definately knows all about granite, its installation and repairs. His prices are very fair and he works bery quickly and efficiently.. We would highly recommend Santiago to anyone wishing to install or repair granite. He is great.

I was looking for someone to change out my countertops for my kitchen and my bathrooms, and I received about 4 other quotes and no one came close to this place! I did quartz for all my countertops and it came out beautiful. The amount of time and effort Santiago and his team put into ensuring everything is precise and exactly perfect is incomparable. It’s not like other contractors where you feel bad or weird when you notice something and you want them to fix it and you feel bad for asking (even though your Paying for it, that’s how I am as a person), he never lets you feel that way!! Him and his team are soo good with what they do that I recommend everyone to use him!
