Worst place of business to get countertops from. Hard to understand them and the materials shown in their showroom is VERY misleading. The first photo is what we received versus the second photo what we were told it would look like. The Carrara marble in the showroom is 100% different than what you will receive. Not one slab in the back looks like what is shown. It looks more like granite. Would not recommend going here, it’s not worth the hassle. Even googling Carrara marble, it looks like what is in the showroom, not what we received. Literally Formica would look better.

We recently bought a home renovated with countertops from tt stone. The countertops are “quartz” but these are the least durable countertops I’ve seen. In the few months that the countertops have been in the home, they have become covered in etches, water spots, scratches, and chips. Almost every surface of the kitchen countertops looks noticeably dull and damaged, despite appropriate care. We are about to replace these brand new countertops. I don’t know where they source their material, but this was an absolute rip off and these cannot be real quartz or are a very cheaply made dupe. I would absolutely recommend that anyone in the market for countertops look elsewhere!

Good customer service. Very easy to work with. And also have lots of granite quartz marble options. And the price is unbeatable. Highly recommended.

I do not like anything about this company. If I could, I would not give them any stars! Very unprofessional, rude, unapologetic, unsafe, etc.I purchased a slab, paid in full, we explained it could be a while before it was picked up. The owner assured us, it would be tagged, & held, until we were ready to pick it up. My fabricator went to pick up the slab, and was told, they no longer had it, I would have to choose a different slab. I then drove an hour, one way, when I arrived, I spoke to the owner, she was rude, told me it had been too long, and I would have to choose another slab. I ask her; had I paid in full, Yes I had. Did she assure me it would be there, when I was ready for it, Yes she did, but it had been too long. It stated on my invoice, about time limits; I checked, there was nothing about time limits. She offered NO apologies, No refunds, nothing! Given no options, I had to choose a new slab. As we are going through the slabs; we found the original slab, with the wrong invoice #. I had a picture of my slab, that’s how we determined it was the original slab. So, I drove one hour there, one hour home, for nothing!To address the safety issues: while we were there, choosing our slab, as they were showing us slabs, one slab broke, and just missed two workers, by inches! Seriously, they could have been killed!!My recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Walked in and nobody working there offered to help. One employee was sitting in a chair and rudely told 2 other guests that someone else would help them. We walked out and decided to go buy from someone else who actually values helping their customers.
