Sam at Granite 4 Less was wonderful to work with. Had Kitchen and 2 bathroom remodeled. The work provided by the installers was great, and will definitely be using them again. I do not recommend Granite 4 Less. If you are looking a quality job with a company that backs up their work with a warranty, look elsewhere. We paid Granite 4 Less 3,700 for granite in our bathrooms and bar area. After paying them for the granite, it took numerous phone calls and trips to their location to finally get a call back for the installation appointment. When he called us for the appointment it was at 8:30pm, and the installation was for the next morning for two days. Whenever the granite installers arrived with the countertops we noticed surface scratches and asked if they would be polished. Also the granite in the upstairs bedrooms has vertical corrugated type patterned lines all over the entire surface of it. We asked if it would be polished and the installers said no, they were only “installers’’. We called and spoke to Sam at Granite 4 Less and told him about the problem with the scratched and marred granite, and he said he would have the installers polish it. Well, the installers left, and the granite is still just as it was, and Sam doesn’t answer the phone when we call and we are unable to leave him a message because his voice mail box is full, also his emails are kicked back. We are not even sure if the granite in the upstairs bathrooms is repairable with polishing, it may possibly be a bad slab, and due to the fact Sam doesn’t call us, we don’t know what to do. Is this any way to operate a business?

I used them for a fix and flip in the woodlands, they did an awesome job! We had a small hiccup with one of the countertops and they fixed the problem immediately. They have amazing customer service and did great work at a very affordable price

The floors look great and the price was the best in the area. Moe was very straight forward about everything which we really appreciated.

Im having problems with Granite 4 less. salesmans response when selling was prompt and was eager to get my attention. However, after the install i cannot seem to get in touch with him by phone/text or email. I need the granite polished as it has many scratches and is unacceptable. Be careful when dealing with Granite 4 less (Hwy 249 location), shop around for quality. The feedback and reviews are misleading. FYI phone mail box is always full and not taking calls and emails gets returned????????????

This place is amazing! They did a fantastic job laying laminate in my moms house... The crew was great! This company is fair and honest - They are just a great group of people. I highly recommend doing business with them! And, their prices are UNBEATABLE. Please go in and see them - You will be glad that you did... I saw their sign one day for $2.25 a sq ft installed - I needed flooring, so I went in. I honestly expected some sort of gimmick... It was the real deal. $2.25 sq/ft INSTALLED w/padding and quarter round.... You simply cant beat that price... or the quality of the job.

Granite for less did an excellent job of installing my kitchen countertops.I was looking for a specific quartz pattern, and Sam helped us find it and gave us excellent price rate.The workers were efficient too and installed the countertops nicely.

This is my first time to utilize the services of Granite 4 Less. My daughter has used them several times. I was very pleased with their service. The countertops showed up earlier than expected. The countertops were beautiful. The staff was polite and made sure to clean up the countertops and work area before leaving.I would recommend and trust this company for your countertop needs.

Sam at Granite 4 Less is Amazing!! I currently have a certain type of granite in my home, it seemed like every company I talked to was not willing to help me find this granite. I called Sam at Granite 4 less and he told me he was going to help me find what I was looking for. He kept in communication with me the whole time. Not only did he find the granite, they were able to install it that week. I was 9 month pregnant I needed this in a rush. The relief at how quick and efficient this company worked was a relief because this was for my daughter on the ways bathroom. I will recommend this company to everyone

The Service was great but, their were a little mishaps. During the process of choosing which granite we wanted and buying it was honestly a pain at times because Sam kept putting that we wanted oriental white on the documents but we didnt order oriental white we ordered Colonial white. Whenever this happened we had to call Sam who just didnt get it that we wanted C-O-L-O-N-I-A-L White after about 10 minutes we finally got it done.We were delayed a little on the installation date because of Hurricane Harvey which is understandable of course. The day after the Hurricane hit Sam tried to reschedule. When the crew got here they got everything done quick. Overall pretty good service.

This company is a joke. Service is horrible, they changed the delivery date on us 3 times. After being told we had to have it on a certain date they still didnt deliver. We canceled the order and Moe told us he would credit our credit card back but never did, we had to dispute the charge. These people are crooks, I definitely suggest buying from somewhere else.

Poor customer service overall the most unprofessional place I can imagine. I would hate for someone to have the same experience as me. Prices are not as listed on website also very low quality slabs.

Terrible service, stay away. I bought laminate wood flooring from them. They had 2 wks to get the installation ready, but when the date came the installation crew never showed up. After calling them 4 times with numerous voice messages, they called back to tell me that they could get the materials ready. They said they will be able to take care of it following day at 1 PM. I waited but again no show. This time they said the crew are taking longer than expected at the other job and they wont be able to make it. This is again me calling them numerous times and leaving them voice mails asking about their ETA. It was after 3 PM and I have again wasted my time waiting for them. The customer service finally told me that I would be scheduled on following day as the first job (This is now 3rd day). Again I waited from 8 am. Again no show. I called them. No answer. At 10 am I get the call saying the contractors are on their way loading up the flooring materials. 11 am, again no show. I called them. They are having issues with getting the material but it is being resolved and the workers will be here at 12:30PM. So I waited, and again no show. I called them back at 1 PM. This time they told me that they still dont have the material and they have to order the material from the wholesale and will work on it following day. This would have been 4th day. So, I asked them to cancel my order and I want my money back.In summary, they had over 2 wks to get things ready but they could not.They never called me about the delays or rescheduling. I had to call them to find out about it. Most of the time they wont even answer the call. I had to leave voice mails. I had to take time off from my work to wait for them at the property for 3 days. It was extremely frustrating experience. They are simply clueless.... I wont be able to provide review on their workmanship since I canceled the work order and asked for refund, but I am sure it wont be much better than my experience so far. Imagine what kind of after service they would provide...

They couldnt decide if the slab I wanted was level 1 or level 3, and then tried to explain how they wouldnt sell it without installing - and since I dont need it cut it cant be installed (I need an entire slab). Thanks for nothing.
