Would not recommend this company. I got a quote Friday morning - everything went well and the tech told me I would get an official quote by end of day. Around 4 pm I called no reply... I didnt think much of it figured they took off for the weekend. I continued to check in a couple times Monda to Wednesday and left voicemails. I genuinely wanted to use them - got zero replies. Very unprofessional. Even if they couldnt fix it a simple sorry we cant would have been fine. Be aware! Dont waste your time like I did.

Highly recommend this company for all your glass needs very informative and highly knowledgeable as well as being very affordable. Used them for a residential glad replacement and was surprised at how affordable this company was.

Highly recommend Express Top Glass. I needed a glass for my desk and a vanity mirror and they delivered!! They suggested the bronze glass for my silver lilac desk and it looks super classy, I love it!!! Very satisfied with their prompt and friendly service. A definite go to to for glass and mirror service.

Had seven double panes windows that lost the seal between the panes which caused mold to grow. They replaced them with new components in less than ten business days. Very reasonable price and friendly service.

Fantastic Job! They Installed a huge 9 ft. by 5 ft. picture window. From estimate to advice they gave me everything was prompt and professional. The glass had to be custom ordered and everything went smoothly. Very reasonable price! Cant believe how beautiful it looks.

They are punctual and professional in every way. The quote was very reasonable and they took special care in every way with installation. Roberto and his father are wonderful to work with. Robert did a great job. Very professional and did exactly what he said that he would do..... i have used them on 3 different houses for seamless shower doors, tempered glass dividing shower and tub and replacing a broken window in a double pane window... i will use them for ALL of my glass needs!!!Great job at a reasonable price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Express top glass was very professional, they came out to give me a quote for bathroom glass doors and gave me the best deal & Great work, everything came out as expected, would Highly recommended.

They installed glass in our showers after Harvey. The first time the glass shattered during install and they had to reorder a new piece. After they came out to install it again, the silicone that was done on the edges of the glass looked horrible so they came back out to remove it and put in plastic inserts. During the course of this, 7 of our brand new black subway tiles in the shower were broken. I called Robert to inform him and he declined to accept fault. Seeing as how they were the only ones in there, it’s clear who did the damage. The prices are ok but it is kind of a wash considering I’m going to have to pay to have someone come replace these tiles now.

Express Top was quick to come out and set up an estimate when a rock cracked our window. They came out and were even early to the appointment. Said we needed to order the glass because it was a size they did not have on the truck. No big deal. Gave them a check for $90 as a deposit to order the glass and they said we will be out at 11 to install it the next day.The next day rolls around and I get in contact with Express Top and rather than being out there to install the window, they thought they were out there for another estimate for whatever reason.Again, no big deal. Miscommunications happen and they set an appointment for 9am the next day to replace the window. The tech arrived on time or close enough to 9am, but he left my house twice to get tools/materials. We had plans that morning (because the original installation was supposed to be the day before) and as soon as the tech said that he no longer needed to be inside the house and all he had to do was clean up outside, my wife and I gave him the check for the remainder as we had to go. We didnt even make it into the garage before the tech had jumped in his car and bolted, leaving thousands of shards of glass all over my garden, the walkway to my house, the sidewalk and along the fence area where he set the broken glass down.I called my contact at Express Glass and told him this. He said that it would be taken care of. Nothing.The service at Express Top Glass started out great and I understand that miscommunications happen, but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This business accepted thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges to my credit card. I dont even live in Texas.
