I worked for this company for a short time and only put up with their bs because I needed a JOB. But I should of ran as soon as I heard all the bad things about Felicia Acosta and the team in HR. I was fired (they said I abandoned the job) that’s bs! And now I am having a hard time getting my foot in another job because they are putting a bad word on my name. This company does not care about employees. I was easily replaced with Felicia sister. Which she had no experience in accounting but I was told she did have experience. So you can say I was easily replaced with her sister with no experience. I never leave bad reviews to any company but this one here does not deserve to be up for business after the way they treat employees. So believe all the bad reviews that people say. It’s true. I promise. Take your money elsewhere please. And do not apply here.

Terrible company to work for. They absolutely do NOT care about their employees or the families of their employees.

AGI installed my glass shower a little less than two years ago. I noticed the gaskets from one of the hinges had fallen loose, unfortunately they were discarded before I could fit them back. I called AGI to see if the shower was still under warranty, and if it wasnt, could I buy a replacment gasket. It was not under warranty, so I asked about purchasing a gasket or getting a model number so I could find it online. They informed me that they manufacture their own products, so a model number wouldnt do me any good. I asked if I could buy the gasket from them, as I would like the original part. Since they make their own, they must be distinctive. They said Ill have to buy the whole hinge. Pretty shocked to hear it would be $125. $125 for three pieces of rubber gasket! Found some suitable replacements, and fixed it for $10. Keep it classy AGI!

Arrow Glass was contracted to install a sliding glass shower door and failed at the job. There is a gap between the glass wall and door, but nothing to block the water at the bottom from flowing out. Even after we had pointed out the flaw and asked them to fix it, even after our project manager told them the same, the error still stands. This is after they had to come back because they installed part of the glass with a 2 inch diameter hole in it! Before posting this review we did reach out to them and never had phone calls or emails answered or returned. Rather than trying to prevent water spilling out, they told us that the shower is built wrong and there is nothing we can do. It was like being told we were showering wrong.I will never contact them again and I advise that you dont either.

This company is going down little by little

We called Arrow since they were the company that initially installed our shower when our home was built in 2012. The weatherstripping was causing leaks due to age and needed replacement. I scheduled the consultation for a quote. They sent a person to my home who was obviously just a technician because he couldn’t answer any of my questions regarding the shower or give any input about what might be needed. He left then returned 15 minutes later stating he forgot to take pictures. 10 days after that I had not heard from anyone so I call the office and they said they had the information for the quote but they guessed someone forgot to call me back. Finally when someone did call back they say that the weatherstripping had been discontinued so I would need to replace the entire shower door. When I explained that due the poor customer service and that I doubted that the door really needed replacement the lady hung up on me. I would stay away from this place. Their customer service is horrible and more importantly they don’t seem to know what they’re doing.

These guys are fantastic! Very nice, helpful and professional. They gave me the best price around. I definitely recommend them over other glass companies.

I recently bought new home about 5 months ago and Easter morning I was giving my sun a bath when I went to open the shower door and the glass shattered everywhere cutting my arm in the process. Turns out the top of the magnetic strip fixture was cut short at install and they will not cover repair. It was just a matter of time, Im just glad my 3 yr old didnt get hurt.

I was a little hesitant after reading a few bad reviews. But after hearing they install in 3 days when everywhere else was at least 10 days, I chose to go with Arrow Glass Industries. So happy I did! I will most definitely be using them again.

This company has terrible customer service and cannot cut custom mirrors. They made 4 attempts to cut 2 mirrors for my home and each time there were major issues with the mirrors not fitting and looking terrible. Even the installers noted how bad the fit and cut looked. Take your business elsewhere, even their Operations Manager is rude and difficult to deal with. Buyer/customer be where dont be taken advantage of this company.

This location is hidden off the main road but Google Maps gave great directions. Its just a bad location!

Worst contractors I’ve ever worked with. RUN the opposite way. A complete a waste of time! Poor management!
