Totally ignored my husband and I when we walked in this morning. I was hoping to purchase a baby blanket for a gift and have it monogrammed. Had to leave cause they didnt acknowledge us. I regret not reviewing YELPbefore coming into the store cause SO many people complained about not being helped. How does a store stay in busy without being waited on?

Professional and exceptional detail! I decided to give the monogram shop a try after my former monogrammers closed earlier this year. Immediately upon walking in, you realize they have so many different products and options to choose from.I brought in a British hunting vest and really wanted something unique. Emily was exceptionally patient and provided some wonderful insight in aiding me decide on colors in style. Her attention to detail in helping explain and weigh the various options and their benefits were the signs of an absolute professional. Would highly reccomend.

Nice little store with lots of good gift ideas.I was interested in an embroidery job but the place does not have staff interested in getting a potential client. I waited while they figured out if they provide towels for embroidery and out of 4 women who where behind the counter none approached and said let me show you what we offer while we figure out prices or even asked if i was looking for something specifically. I could have easily looked through the embroidery book my self that was sitting next where stood but if they didn’t want my business I can take it else where.Lastly if the store was pretty full, if every person working was addressing someone This comment would be non existent. I’ve recommended this shop before just because I see it every time I do my groceries. Needless to say I will not go back or mention it to someone who is looking for embroidery work.

I love, love, love The Monogram Shop! Have found so many wonderful things there for friends, relatives, and grandchildren. Its a really friendly, comfortable place to shop and I would be lost without it!
