I visited this store as part of a Wheres Waldo search for local businesses. This is actually a combined store with Cardsmart. The store is awe-inspiringly massive! The staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable.On the Cardsmart side, there is a great selection of milestone birthday cards, like for 8th and 12th birthdays! Several charitable collections for various causes such as child hunger and the Notre Dame rebuilding effort are available. A number of small businesses sell items here.On the Imagination side, there are a plethora of mainstream and small business toy collections. There are also several footwear collections such as Native. The toys range from all ages and all sizes. There is even a mini Maserati car or Maclaren for some fortunate tot! There are wooden and sensory toys as well as puzzles and bubbles to appeal to most children.I really felt like a kid in a candy store, mesmerized by the sheer volume of items!Finally, I was able to concentrate on a single item. I purchased the Twilight Hypercolor Thinking Putty. However, the store had one last surprise. There are two little square mats in front of the counter display case. I looked down and saw that my shoe imprint had changed color. This store is awesome!

Lot of traditional toys and games here - not everything is powered by a battery. The selection is pretty wide with a nice Parcheesi set and chess set to Legos of various stripes and a wide selection of STEM toys.My only disappointment if that there werent any dominos, but it looks like no one in the area has any.Five stars.

This store has been around since I was a child and it is my go-to for presents for my kids & nephews! I love that I can get nearly everyone on my list something from here!

Decent toy store for younger children. They should have better figures for collectors. Also they overprice the Pokémon card packs. I went earlier today, and for 1 pack it is $5 plus tax. At other stores, they are $2 at the least for 1 pack. Also the lady took my backpack and put it behind the counter because I think she thought I was going to steal something. It is COVID and she picked it up without even asking.

The shoe department always has cute stuff and the guy that runs it is super helpful. He measures, checks the fit, adjusts, brings out multiple choices and similar choices if the shoe isnt quite right, while moving quickly and still being patient. And I think the shoes they sell are better quality than a lot of places. And if you ask him to try and order other brands etc. he will.

I love imagination toys!!! I find everything that I need.

Staff was helpful and came up to us while we where just browsing offering assistance, it’s a smaller mom & pop shop with randoms from candles, shoes to toys, but over priced on most items you can find at half the costs, 3 stars because staff was friendly to us and no pressure and was a cute shop for the area

Great selection of cards for every occasion of your choice. Plus they have a wide selection of lotions, potpourri, kitchen ornaments, picture frames, religious ornaments, etc. A person really needs, to take there time and truly see there shop, because theyre always getting new items.So do yourself a favor and show your support.

This toy store is a lot of fun. I find unique and well priced toys here for my kids easily. I like how things are arranged and grouped according to interest and subject. The staff is friendly and helpful with toys. I have never bought shoes here for my kids, but the brands they carry and nice and durable, and when Ive watched other people buying shoes the staff seem well educated on their products and know how to properly measure childrens feet. The Cardsmart, attached, is also a nice place to browse for gifts. I have purchased numerous gifts here and have never had an issue with someone not being able to return or exchange. Small businesses are the best!

I totally disagree with the low ratings...we have been coming for years. They sell high quality-long lasting shoes and old style non-electronic toys . Justin is always helpful with our shoe selection process....even if we walk out empty handed . I have never met a rude employee there...even if we just walk in before closing

Love this gift shop. They pretty much have gifts for everyone in your list. They have Catstudio pillows, Archipelago oil diffusers, Jon Hart, Beatriz Ball luxury serve dishes, willow trees figurines, Happy Everything Platters, Nova beads, Aden and Anais baby stuff, and million other gifts! Also great staff. They helped me find gifts for everyone in my list. I had a great experience. I will definitely going back.

Great neighborhood store to get gifts, great service, kids love the toys. A bit pricey but it’s a small business and I prefer good service to price.

Love this store and so does our granddaughters, when visiting from Georgia this is one of our necessary stops, we love the toy selection and my wife and I love the card selection that is always half price, highly recommend imagination Toys to anyone!

Rude staff, over priced old looking stuff. The cheapest pair of childrens shoes they have in stock (the selection isnt great either) is $65.

Rude staff especially Mr. Billy. The store was a mess of junk everywhere. Toys were over priced as well. I will never go there again and anyone else should run in the opposite direction.

Very poor customer service when it comes to returns. I like buying things locally, but in this case i would recommend finding another local toy shop.
