I went in to get custom size futon mattress for my RV trailer. They helped out with no problems. Plus I even had to change my order. This is a great place to trial and find comfortable futons!! We were able to try out each type of futon with our own space and time. With no pressure to buy or add on anything. There are also a wide selection of quality futon covers that you can touch the material with your hands and see the designs. Amanda is great and someone who makes every effort to get you what you need!!@COVID - We had an appointment and were the only ones in the store. Only Amanda was with us and she wore a mask the entire time. We felt comfortable going in with our baby in the stroller.

This store has impecable customer service. I first called Amanda Baker (the owner) to check on availability of waterbed waveless bladders and decided to go in person. Amanda is not only very knowledgeable about waterbeds, but she makes sure to know the customer and their needs before just selling something that is not the perfect solution.At first I took home what we both thought was the correct part, when Amanda found out it was a packaging error from the manufacturer, she immediately sent me texts and called me to make sure I did not start the water filling process, she also offered to drive herself to my home to pick up the wrong article. I dread having to buy anything these days. Sales people must be under a lot of pressure and it always shows when they pressure me. Theres just no joy in shopping, but with Amanda, the opposite was true. This was shopping the way it should be. She let us test out the various mattresses without pressuring us, then when we had narrowed it down she was able to help make a final recommendation for us. We are so very happy with our purchase and feel we got real value. None of the local stores could possibly do better. In fact, they all seem to say they carry futons, but most of them either dont or have one model and similarly one mattress. I just dont get why this type of furniture takes abuse in the market. We have two futons and couldnt live without them and our guests thank us for sure. I hope Right Futons continues to thrive and grow as a business and really endorse them.

After searching EVERYWHERE for a Corduroys bean bag chair/bed for my daughter I finally found one on Right Futons & Waterbeds website. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the Corduroys warehouse and the order wasnt going to be available. Amanda worked for the better part of the day to get everything cleared up and taken care of for me. I will be getting my item after all! I purchase my WaterBed in May 2020..I was told by Amanda that my frame legs would last for years with no problem..In September 2020 I had to purchase another frame legs from her it broke in half..What a Mess!!Please be aware when you purchase anything from her..I thought I had a Warrenty that would cover but she told me my frame legs was separate..I will not be referring NOBODY to Right Futon..Missleading..I should have purchase a regular mattress for this EXPENSIVE Waterbed I purchase from her..Lesson learn I will not be going back...Poor service😡😡😡

Amanda is knowledgeable and super helpful, especially if you dont know exactly what youre looking for. They have a lot of options in stock that you can try out, and others that can be ordered - we were able to get a really cool futon with built-in flip-up side tables that is solid wood and feels way more comfortable than anything from Ikea.The delivery/assembly service they use is great too - had everything in our home and assembled within 60 minutes and even showed us step-by-step how to best unfold, then refold the futon.Overall great experience!

We were looking for a top quality futon for our front living room. It needed to look nice and be made from wood, not cheap steel. I wanted something that would function as a couch most of the time but serve as a bed when our relatives came into town. This place had just what we were looking for in solid wood. The lady who helped us, Amanda was very helpful and patience with us not pushy. She genuinely cared that my wife was happy with the selection style and design of the futon. She had dozens of covers and helped my wife find one that really looked nice. The one they picked out together matched the color of the wood and our room décor, sort of modern but still south western too. The neat part about a futon is if want to change the way it looks you can just change the cover, we got two one more formal and one more fun. The warehouse is in the same building so we were able to buy the futon that afternoon and have it home within hours. I highly recommend this place and was very pleased with the all the help we got from them, and the easy going attitude of the staff.

I had planned on giving a rather detailed, painfully frustrating experience that I had with Sears and a Futon Purchase. Theres too much to post here. I wont be doing any more online purchasing with them again though.After I cancelled the entire order I started looking for a store that I could visit. A store that I could leave with my futon. When found Right Futons, Immediately I noticed that I should have started here first. The Futons I was seeing in the Strata Frames section was EXACTLY what I was looking for. So I placed a call and got Amanda on the other line. I can honestly say that she took care of me in the manner that a vendor should. We talked styles, colors, and prices. Before the call was over I knew what I wanted.The following day I had planned to drive over and make my purchase. I had to leave later in the afternoon to head over though. That meant that I’d be dealing with the Afternoon Houston Traffic. To make matters worse, my GPS stopped working. Amanda knew the area well enough to know exactly where we were when I called and walked us in turn by turn. She was also gracious enough to keep her doors open a bit later than scheduled because she knew we were traveling in wouldn’t make there before the end of business. Once there my wife and I were able to See, Touch, and Experience the Futon that we were purchasing. Amanda made sure to demonstrate how to use it and answered every question we had. I was very pleased with our experience.After dealing with the traffic going home I unboxed everything, did my inventory, and carried everything up to the office and started putting it all together. In less than an hour I had exactly what I was looking for prior to going to Sears. There is NO WAY Sears can touch what I have now, and there is NO WAY I’ll be doing anymore online ordering through them either.Do I recommend Right Futon? This is the only place I would go to shop for futons in Houston. I bought a futon over 5 years ago and the movers lost the parts to it. The owner of Right Futon worked with myself and my husband to try and find the parts to the futon, even giving them to us for free to try out to ensure they worked before purchasing them. She even provided us with the instructions to put the futon together since we no longer had them. Unfortunately, the futon was too old and the necessary parts are no longer being sold, but we were more than happy to buy a new futon at Right Futon and a wonderful man came to deliver the futon and put it together in less than 30 minutes. He even provided us with a quick tutorial on how to operate the futon as our previous futon was not a wall hugger unit. Without a doubt, the best buying experience Ive ever had.

Sometime last week, I went to this establishment with only one type of futon in mind. After walking through the entire store, I was fortunate to be able to see all the different types of futon mattresses and futon frames they had to offer. The lady who assisted my fiance and I was very informative and very patient with us. Prices are reasonable considering these futons seem luxury and durable. All types of futon covers are available as well. In one week the futon we ordered will be ready for pickup! Hope all will be well. :-)

I had a great experience. Relocated divorced starting over so decided to go back to my younger days where I had water bed and loved it. Memories were right. After getting the set-up at this store where the owner took me by the hand and taught me over about waterbeds. I made the frame and installed the liner and soft shell filled it with water and bam my back curved into the water and I slept like a hippy again! Had a few calls on the phone that the owner nicely guided me through hose connections and got to give this store 6 STARS.....

I showed up around closingto right futon, and even though it was about to close Amber still gave me the best customer service Ive ever seen! She took me around and was honest with me about sales and prices so I could get a great deal instead of take me for all my money! Since I dont know much about futons she asked me the dimensions of the frame I had at home to make sure I got the exact size for my futon frame. All the mattresses where comfortable and good brand names and not to expensive shell give you a good deal too I definetely recommend going here for a futon or any type of mattress!

We started here first since we were looking for a good quality futon for friends and family. to sleep on/ We were pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection and combinations of frames, mattresses and covers. We purchased the wall hugger design and are glad we did since there is no chance of hitting the wall.Amanda was very helpful and attentive to our needs.The only glitch we had duringv assembly was not paying attention to the orientation of the seat panel support. Once we got that right, the futon operated as designed.

Not happy, When visiting the store the woman talked incessantly and at an exorbitant rate of speed. She assumed we knew way more than we did and totally confused us.She was most difficult to follow and we didnt learn a thing. She even asked if we were gonna buy right then! Unfortunately because of extreme need we ended up purchasing a floor model the next day over the phone. We didnt even get a 10% discount and when they delivered to my home the cover wasnt even included which was why I didnt challenge the less than 10% discount. Then the delivery didnt provide mattress removal, just the icing on the cake!

If you are looking for a Fouton this is the place to go. Great selection in the store and near infinite variety can be ordered. Staff is super helpful. She even helped entertain our child as my wife and I shopped around. I can say enough, check it out. The way the feeder works it can be a little hard to get to, exit on Little York and take the feeder towards I-10.

My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience buying a futon mattress here. Before going to Rights, we had tried finding a futon mattress at about five other stores (Target, Walmart, Ikea, etc.), and we came up with nothing! These stores all had futon mattress come up on online search results, but when we arrived they would either not have any futon mattresses for sale (only selling futons with mattresses connected to frames), or they would have a single crappy mattress. Our luck changed when we arrived at Rights! This place takes futons seriously. They sell frames separately from mattresses, and theyve got a lot of options. When we arrived at the showroom, we got to sit on about 10 different mattresses, and we picked one that we liked and that was within our price range.

Amanda at Right Futons has a great collection of futons, mattresses, bunkbeds and other unique items. She has a huge array of colorful solid, pattern and print fabrics. You get to see real colors not the ones on your screen. Amanda help us pick out futons, covers, pillows and even lamps for our beach house. We were weary about how everything would go together but Amanda helps us make the perfect choice. Get off the net and go see Amanda at Right Futon.

Amanda is super nice and fun to talk to. I love the quality of the furniture and the warranty she offers. I told Amanda that purchasing a futon online was cheaper and she was sincere in regards to the difference in quality. She told me to check the return policy and also advised to always measure the futon if I did buy online. She even researched on the spot to find the actual manufacturer of the futon I was thinking of purchasing. Of course, it turned out to be a subpar quality product from a subpar manufacturer, which is exactly what I did not want in the first place. Plus, honestly speaking, if not satisfied it would take a lot of effort to return the darn thing through the mail no matter how good the return policy.She was never rude and was extremely informative. I purchased 2 KD loungers and 2 10 twin futons, so Im very satisfied with my purchase. They are so fluffy, huge and comfy. Its hard to believe theyre twin size futons, as they appear much bigger.Going forward, I will be purchasing all futon products and accessories from Amanda. She also has an amazing selection of futon covers in every pattern, color, size and material possible.
