Ordered a jd9 with the quick connector that was paired with it.the connector is completely wrong size and having to order the proper one through another company. Also paid for 2 day shipping and got it almost a week later, really need to ship orders out faster. Unfortunately, will not be using them again.

If you need your lawn or pest care product in a timely fashion, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I ordered my product on 6/5, selected the priority shipping to get it faster, and the product didnt arrive until 6/16. I received a message from customer service after having inquired about it blaming the shipping company. Thats a possibility, but I was not refunded shipping or anything. Search elsewhere even if you have to pay a few dollars extra for what youre looking for.

I ordered a pre-emergent on 4/24. On 4/27 I received the tracking number so I assumed all was good. However, the shipment was never picked up. I contacted Solutions Pest and Lawn three times with no response. It is now 5/10 and the order status has not changed. I am canceling my order and contacting my credit card company. Just dont bother.

Love this place! I don’t visit real often because they help me solve my problems fast. It’s summer and with three dogs, it’s time to treat for fleas. I buy the Flea Stopper powder and treat my house once a year. They were out of stock but the sales rep, Austin Mendez, let me know they could have it shipped directly to my house. Hands down the best customer service ever! Bryce was great, He was very informative and very detailed. They clearly take pride in their product and are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure everything is perfect. Bryce truly went above and beyond and I would definitely request him again.

They have pesticides and insecticides to take care of whatever pest issue one may have. You dont have to pay a monthly bill on pest control, you can purchase/order directly from them and handle the job yourself for extremely less. For $40 we were able to take care of our own pest control for the year. There is no way that I will ever pay $100+ monthly again to for pest control and shotty customer service, and we didnt even have pest issues. Its all preventative maintenance anyway, might as well do it yourself and save yourself over 1k a year.

Fantastic customer service. Their prices are fair and the shipping was quick. I had a small issue with a liquid product leaking during shipping. I emailed to let them know. It didnt appear that much of the product was lost so I didnt take the offer of a partial refund because that wouldnt be right, in my opinion. However, we did work out a future discount on my next purchase which is appreciated. I know that I will continue to buy from them. I cant complain about one thing. Great all the way around.

Ordered some CyKick CS bug spray, delivered quickly! The evening I got home I mixed some solution and went in the back yard and sprayed around the perimeter and cracks in the walls, about a hour later I found 4 dead Black Widows! The stuff works great. Will he buying from these guys again.Andrew

Ordered product last part February early March. Two weeks later received product and was not what I ordered. Sent it back next day with there return label. Finally got a email they where going to ship package on April 6 that I should be receiving it in 2 to 4 days. Still have not gotten shipment. Checked on the order several times and as off April 19th it still has not shipped.

The company is very friendly and helpful. I ordered an item that was backordered. A tracking number was created but was not useful until it was actually available. I wish I was not charged for the item until the product was actually ready to ship. This may not be the fault of the company itself but at the time of ordering on their site there should have been a notification that the item was not in stock. My order was shipped out as soon as it was available, I was just never notified of that time, the tracking number itself was updated from label created to item shipped from the delivery company used to send my product. Great Products & Service, I paid a so called professional four times to treat my house to no avail. They agreed we had a brown recluse infestation & the pest company wanted $1000.00 to treat our house for one treatment. I ordered the chemicals and the equipment to apply it for $250.00 After I applied the treatment we have had no more signs of the spiders & I have enough chemicals left over to treat my lake house. POOR EXCUSE FOR A SUPPLIER IN A VERY COMPETITIVE MARKET.As a CPO and owner of a Florida pest control company I purchase a lot of Pesticides and Fertilizer each month from several different company. However this is the first company to question My Debt/credit card and make me call to verify it. Therefore I will not be doing business with a paranoid suppliers who make me jump hoops to buy a product that I can buy from any number of suppliers. BTW MY Fico score is in the low 800s.

I am a little disappointed. I googled Brown Recluse Spiders on your web site and ordered a product that was $49 for a quart. It did not seem to kill any spiders and I then posted a question on your website regarding those same spiders and I was given a totally different recommendation. Money wasted on my part. I have now contacted a local pest control expert who has taken care of the problem for my lovely wife who is very averse to spiders! Other products have been very good.
