So I had a part I needed and I went in to the parts department. I have an old Echo pole pruner and the model has changed. It did not pull up so Joe had to dig and dig to figure out the model number and after not giving up he found the model number and ordered the part for me. He could have easily blown me off but he didnt!!! Thank you Joe!!! I pray that Brookside Equipment Sales knows how wonderful an employee they have!!! There are many places you can buy the part I needed but Joe you represent the greatest thing any business has, that is a hard working caring employee that are few and far between these days!!! I pray that your work will always be rewarding to you and that you know you are appreciated!!! A thankful customer!!!

I would give 0 starsvif I could, took my d105 auto in for diagnosis and after 4 days was told that I needed a new transmission for $800 plus dollars.I decided not to do, went home did some research and fixed it myself. The problem was only a pull and spring I wouldnt recommend this place for repair theyre a bunch of shady people only trying to make a 💵!!!! BEWARE

It all starts with Clay Henderson, great guy in sales from whom Ive bought several pieces of equipment. Hell remember you the moment you walk in the door, no matter how long its been since youve seen him! Gilbert Trevino, in parts, always shoots me straight, and wont let me pay for something that should be covered under warranty.I would have given five stars, but a service manager who is no longer there once told me it would be about 1.5 hours to install an accessory, but it was more like 4 hours. He said they had to figure out how to install it, since theyve never done it before on my particular model. I was none too pleased that I paid extra for their training.Theres a new service manager, James Melgoza, who appears to know what hes doing and treated me very well.These guys will keep me coming back to John Deere, as if any of us needed another reason to!

Great people you have to talk to Paul! He took care of my riding lawn mower after the motor blew up on a John deer 110 with 49 hours on it.Update the second motor blew up again now at 60.1 hours again Paul went out of his way to put a bigger better motor at no cost! They even came and picked it up.Will update when they drop it off

Easy access from freeway and beltway. Easy to get in and out during heavy drivebtimes

Just stopped by to grab a set of blades for my D170, had to wait a little bit as there was a line, but they soon opened up another register and were very polite and made sure I was taken care of. Same place I bought my mower from a year ago and Im considering trading it in for a newer model with 4 wheel drive/steer.
