This was my first time having embroidered patches custom made. Ive checked out a lot of the other companies in the same business but Houston Embroidery gave me the feeling that my search was over. I delt with Erma and together we got my design ideas over to the art department who did an incredible job with all my patch design. They wouldnt quit until I had exactly what my vision of the finished patch was completed. You wont go wrong with Houston Embroidery.

I highly recommend this place if your looking for quality patches for leather and other jackets. I emailed them with nothing but an idea and half a picture. They responded fast and really embodied my idea much better than I imagined it myself. Shipped two days after we confirmed final design and I received the package within 4 days. I am super pleased with Houston Embroiderys customer service and stitching factory. They replied to me within one hour of my email, sent me a quote with a picture of my design, and invoiced me the next day. I got my beautifully crafted patches from Karachi, Pakistan, through DHL within 10 days.

I have enjoyed all interactions Ive had. Top-tier response time and order processing has been quick. Each customer service experience has been pleasant.I hand-sew these patches on our product, the patches themselves have been good for the price. Attention to detail is important to me, Id say about 80% of each order I have had met my standards of sellable. I know its not feasible to have every patch perfect in bulk ordering but Id appreciate a higher percentage of cleaner cuts or credit towards future orders for patches that are not sellable.Overall, I have been a happy client and will soon be submiting more drafts.

The company is slow and doesnt tell you anything about the progress of your order. I had to ask them multiple times what was going on. Then finally when the order shipped, they sent me a DHL tracking number that didnt work telling to call DHL to figure it out.

Houston Embroidery Service team were extremely efficient, polite, and gets the work done! I placed an order for some patches for denim jackets that needed to be completed in a week (it was Thanksgiving week too!), and they completed them a day early. The results were BEAUTIFUL! Extremely happy with the patches quality. Prices are very fair, and you definitely get high quality! Will definitely come back for future projects!

I rarely leave reviews but I am disappointed with this company. Although they do state that their patches are made in Pakistan, it is not clear that their entire customer service is based in Pakistan. There were several miscommunications and the company never told me that it was not possible to receive my order when I needed - even though it was stated on the original request. Ultimately I cannot use this company for my order after several emails and calls about my designs due to a known issue from the beginning. Gulnaz was nice and tried her best, but communication was often misunderstood or wrong. It is unfair and misleading to list Texas as your location when no part of this process is based in America.

To be perfectly honest, I was skeptical about entrusting my brand to this company. The business name suggests that they are based in the US, but they are located over seas. I delayed my order with them to try to find someone else but they followed up with me during that process and assured me that I would receive my order quickly and it would be of great quality. That was a severe understatement! I received my product in less than a week AND the quality was AMAZING! The price is also incredibly fair. Got my custom embroidered patches today, they look superior.

My original order with Houston Embroidery was wrong, I contacted Gulnaz with a picture of what I had approved and what was sent. I received an email stating they would redo my patches at an increased price of $30 a patch since I only needed half of them redone (the original price was $17). I told them it was their mistake and I would pay $20 a patch but not $30. Again they sent me the wrong patches and told me they would remake them for $30 a patch (they did a bait and switch). They messed up my order twice and still want me to pay full price for what will probably be another botched order, NO THANKS!**UPDATE....I would like to thank you for taking the time to read your reviews and correcting my order.

This company has to be fake. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had! They were so unprofessional. Every time I call this lady she keeps giving me 3 different names and I know it is the same lady. One minute I call her she says shes the manager and the next she is not? This company is a SCAM! Not a company you can trust because it seems like they are attempting to scam customers.

Are these reviews genuine!? I see reviews from two weeks ago, but as of today, this location does not exist. I have been driving around for at least an hour and have walked in all of the buildings surrounding this area to inquire about this company, and no one is familiar or has even heard of the company. I tried calling the listed phone number, but someone was picking up and hanging up the phone. You guys seriously need to update your stuff. I cant imagine how many people have been in my predicament.

This location needs to specify that the address listed on GOOGLE is not a physical location. This is an online company that use Pakistan to do their production which is not my issue. I am a bit disappointed that I have wasted my time traveling to this location as I do not stay in the area to only discover this. Also, I called the number several times and was hung up on several times. Finally, I spoke to a lady who answered the phone without identifying the company. I am so confused.
