Over- sold! I went in and asked for 2- 250 watt heat lamps. I was sold 2 lamps for $20 each only to find out later that they have them for $7.Apparently I was sold the ones designed for food safety purposes. The gentleman behind the counter was more than aware of this and never informed me of the cheaper option. I assume they get commission.I called and spoke to a manager who did offer to refund and sell me the cheaper ones. The problem is, he did not appear to be upset at all that one of his employees took advantage of one of his customers.I did not go back and trade the lamps in. That wasnt the point. Even had I traded them in, it would not change the fact that I had been screwed over in the first place.I will never shop there again.

UPDATE:I left this post 3 weeks ago after they sold me a bulb that doesnt work and wouldnt exchange it when I brought it back, the next day. The owner, Allen, left a response below for me to call him, so he can get the situation corrected. Not sure if he was referring to the mask-less operation of the business or refunding me/getting me a bulb that works, but I left a message and never got a return call. All I can presume is he was more interested in making a public response than actually resolving the problem.These guys sold me a bulb that doesn’t work and accused me of trying to return a used bulb.Also - they don’t follow or require masks. They have signs up but there are customers inside, unmasked, talking to 3 employees while I was there and no one asked the customer to put his mask on.

How you’re still here, I don’t know.I walked in, one customer being waited on at the will call by a nice gentleman.I waited 15 minutes never being spoken to or addressed in any way.5 minutes in an employee stepped out of the back, passed the customers waiting without a word and stepped a couple of feet outside the entrance to smoke.I see what appears to be some kind of manager at a computer in the back that didn’t acknowledge me when I called to him.I stood right there looking at him for several minutes as he pretended not to see me.A nice couple had been there waiting only to have the employee come out to blame them for not placing an order. When the man explained his entire recollection of placing the order, she argued with him.They’d been waiting 3 weeks.That’s enough for me, the whole place has a bad feel.I walked out after almost 20 of never being looked other than the dude that pretended not to see me. lolYou sell lightbulbs,Be better
Had what we needed when the other stores did not their prices are pretty good and there are sales staff is knowledgeable. they also have some pretty cool eye candy in their store also and any kind of lighting that you could need. we happen to need a 9000 volt neon transformer and they actually had it in stock.
This is my number one spot for all my companies lighting materials. They have unbeatable pricing and prompt deliveries. Allen always makes us feel like their number one client every time we call!
I experience something racist in this place today 9/28/17! I was there next in line 2 african American guys came behind me to get in line! Then a African American sales person came from the back and instead of assisting me he decided to skip me and help the 2guys that were behind me just cause they were his colored! I never took my eyes of of him and he noticed he messed up on doing that
Tried returning a single light bulb and despite having my name, the date of purchase, and the amount (and they found it in their system), they still wouldnt return it without a receipt. I recognize that I lost my receipt and Ill take the blame for that, but Ive never had a company (much less the manager) turn away a return on a 3 day old purchase when they found it in the system. Ill never shop their again and I have over 40 flood lights in my house that needed bulbs.

I came to buy some bulbs 1 day ago and they gave me a bulb that didnt work out of 16 of them. Then came back to return the one that didnt work to get my money back and they were not able to give me a refund only a replacement. I dont know what Im gonna do with an 8ft bulb that the customer didnt want anymore. Bad experience for a first time customer
