Ive dealt with them off and on for 10 years. Im not a journeyman electrician but have been in the electrical/electronic engineering industry for 40 years. Consequently I dont know the proper names for a lot of fixtures and parts and often have to explain what need.Overall Ive had less attitude from these guys than the other dealers in the area. I go there first. Sometimes they are higher priced but its been worth it.

Well my experience was horrible to day I had to pull out grin the estire because the gentleman didn’t new want his inventory was .whit his rude attitude told us that we was asking for to much so he folds us to go some where else .me as a good customer I told his tanks for your business and had to go to different store ...

After being a customer for 16 years i will never be using this supply house again. I went to the location on airline, employees not wearing masks or asking anyone coming in to wear masks, says corporate doesnt make them and neither does the law. Complete lack of regard for others.

Terrible customer service. I had Oscar Ortiz quoting me on some specific LED lights needed for an important light fixture at a Dow Chemical plant. This guy dodged 4 emails over a span of 8 days. Never got a single response. No more business to these folks and I recommend you go elsewhere as well.

Good prices although they are short on stock sometimes. Amusing staff.
