Standard supply house. Sometimes common to wait for a good while for a quote which does not reflect well on the company. Have had items waiting for pickup only to get there and theyre out of stock.

Do yourself a favor and buy from ADI, I walked inside and no one offered help!! I asked the guy for help and he liked at me and didnt answer back. Stay away from this place

We love Tri-Ed!! We make most of our security equipment purchases from Tri-Ed. They offer our company great pricing! When I purchase, we typically order via email and have them ship so that we don’t have to spend time picking up equipment. This is a huge cost savings. If I had to be critical about something, I would say that the process of ordering at the counter and/or picking up equipment at the location takes too long. This process needs to be streamlined. However, when I go to any other security parts houses in town the wait is just a long or longer.
