It would seem that I am not the only person who had this experience. I had an in home estimate on August 2nd and never received a quote. I followed up 3 times to no avail. It is now September 9th. It’s a bummer because I was really looking forward to the new doors I saw on their website. I realize that contractors are extremely busy right now but they should convey that information. If you don’t have the capacity or just don’t want to do the work, say that. Leaving potential clients in limbo like this is not okay. :-(

We found out about Josh and the company through a magazine advertisement. He was very prompt and responsive from the beginning till the end. We loved the fact that his product and design was very unique, functional and affordable. We thought building ‘custom closets’ was an expensive project but with Josh’s help, it was anything but expensive. He quoted a fair price and delivered ahead of schedule. He was even flexible in making changes after the design of as finalized. My wife and I love how the closets turned out and will be definitely recommending him to our friends and family. Good job Josh!

Submitted request on the website for quote. The guy came out and took measurements of the closet. Said it will take couple of days to get back with the price quote and designs. I waited a week, nothing. Reached out to see whats going on. He said that he was out of town and would get me a quote in few days. Never heard back from him again. Thats not the way to do business. I hope people would read this review and think twice before considering this company for their projects.

I reached out to this company by submitting my information on their website but still hadn’t heard back after a week. I called and there was no answer so I left a message and finally got a call back. It was obvious that the guy I was speaking to didn’t want to come out and actually see the space where the doors were being replaced to give me an honest estimate. Instead he just told me a broad estimate of what the doors *might* cost. I told him I had a picture of the door I wanted (pulled from their website) that I could text him so he could give me a better idea of the cost. I texted him and he never replied. Guess I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.
