The field tech had a lot of experience, was kind, and polite. The tech was great, all companies need more like him. Thank you Halo Overhead for being quick and considerate. We have used this company for many years.

I had to go through 3 garage door companies to find Halo after one of my garage door torsion springs broke. The first company that generally serviced my garage doors were not interested in helping due to the difficulty of finding replacement springs, the second company with very high ratings was all talk and no help to replace the existing springs and insisted on a call fee anyway, and then Halo was approached and they are terrific! They knew we had a problem, got our cars out with a once off door opening solution and then found the springs in another City and they fixed the problem after 4 days of no garage door use and charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend Halo and am now a loyal customer thanks to their performance!

The gentleman was on time, professional, and helped me set up my pin on the keypad. He explained how everything worked or would not work in certain situations before he left. He was polite and thorough!!!

Having to replace the top panel of a garage door no longer in production, Alex worked and found the top panel that would match my existing garage door and their tech came to the house and completed that task at a very affordable rate. I am very satisfied .

Halo overhead doors made my experience picking and ordering my new garage door easy, they have so many selections of high quality door to choose from, after choosing the right door and was told the price which included new springs, rails, other parts and installation. The price was much lower than the other companies and better product, there were no hidden cost, I would recommend them very highly.

Visited the showroom twice. Awesome resource for garage doors. Salespeople (especially Cassidy) were very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and just all-around good people! Highly recommended!

They sell quality doors but service is terrible. I had a problem while under warranty and no one would respond or call back (Stephen) or help. Multiple calls. Once a lady told me they were too busy and to call lift master support. Now warranty is up by 2 weeks and they want to charge $90 for a service call.I gave them a pass when they incorrectly measured a roll up door which caused me to have an additional $250 of framing work done. Maybe it was a warning sign. Buyer beware.

It was such a pleasure to have a company / service repair folks that were SO helpful. They kept saying - sure we can do that, no problem. They had helpful suggestions; were honest in how we could save money but solve our issue. Very prompt & courteous service; great products. Even office staff were very efficient & communicated well to set good expectations so that we knew what to expect & they over delivered. Very happy customer!

I called to ask a question about repair and installation, and the service man was impolite and rude. I was very disappointed in how the service man answered unprofessionally with an attitude.

Shopped for new Entry doors and discovered that Clopay now had a line of Entry doors. I was able to use the Clopay tools to choose my door. Halo is the distributor in the area and I was directed to them. I gave them the information on my door from the Clopay site, they verified key information such as swing of the door, etc then sent an estimate. (During Covid I was happy to do everything via the internet.) Dolan Rivette who was my sales person was availbel when I had questions and kept me up to speed on the delivery date, etc. The installer was great he spent 9 hours getting the door installed and Im very pleased with the results.

The tornado in Onalaska took my garage to just a slab. After rebuilding I called these guys as had used them in the past. They quoted me a price I agreed on, which I still thought was high and even mentioned it to the sales person asking if that was their best price. She says it was. After they took the measurements from the door we added 4” in height and the price jumped almost $1300 for 4” on two doors. Due to this I shopped their price and the first place I called was $1300 cheaper than the original price they gave me making these guys 30% higher than the first person I called next. Thanks for taking care of someone who just lost so much already.

Halo just finished installing my 12 by 14 foot rollup door.It looks great.Arturo did a great job cutting out the section from my metal building.He arrived on time at 11am and had everything ready by about 2:30 when the door was delivered and installed in less than an hour. Then Arturo had to finish the framing which took another couple of hours.By 5pm he was done and he loaded up all the debris.He was very friendly and professional.The door works great and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Halo to anyone who needs a new metal rollup door.

I’m usually skeptical when servicemen come to my home to do a repair or installation project. My old garage door opener was 24+ years old. Jamie inspected my garage door, review the project and proceeded with the installation. The work went smoothly and was performed in a timely manner (no adders). He did an excellent job and took the time to explain the new features of my opener (things have changed a great deal in 24+ years). Again, Jamie (Halo Door) did a great job and I certainly appreciate the service.

Jaime came and replaced our garage door motor that had died. He was very professional and did clean work. Rafael did a perfect job for us. He arrived promptly, was friendly and efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working smoothly. We moved into an older home, and he got the creaky door operating like a new one. He went over the entire set up and tightened, lubricated, etc. until you cant hear that door go up and down anymore. The folks at Houston Overhead Door just installed a garage door for me today. The owner was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me helping me to decide on the right door. The crew showed up first thing this morning and installed the door in about an hour. The installers were very personable. They even tuned up one of my other preexisting garage doors. Im sure its a good company when they show up. I had issues getting on the schedule (I tried 3 times). They really need a better method of doing so. I used them in the past with satisfaction. Thats why I called them again. I guess i will have to try another company.
