I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the ring. It was awesome seeing their licensed bench jeweler and advanced diamond setter briefly work on my wifes engagement ring. After reseaching, I found that most jewelers outsource the work which inflates the cost. Also, their master gemologist answered questions that gemologists at most retailers didnt even know. I cant say enough about Matt, the onsite Gemologist. Hes an artist and his canvas is jewelry. When I asked about a new setting for my wifes wedding ring, he drew up a design and worked with my wife to perfect it in her eyes balancing beauty with functionality. Functionality meaning we want it to look beautiful but we also want the new band to tightly secure the diamond. My wife and I cant wait to see her diamond in that new setting. Recently, I broke a ring and Matt made it like it never happened, either tack-welding or soldering it, who knows, he just made it perfect again. Wow! Great & amazing service! My big sister recently passed away and I’ve been wearing her college ring ever since. The diamond in it had fallen out and I’ve been wanting to get it replaced but I haven’t wanted to part with the ring for repair (one other place had told me it would take 2 weeks)...
