It is always nice to have continuity when dealing with Customer Care Representatives. Mr. Greg Monteverde has been that person for our patients for the last ten years. He is always available, even during an emergency on a weekend. Greg is always ever so kind and considerate with our patients and RN/PA staff. He even offers up his cell phone number just in case. He follows up with the patients often, just to check in to see if they need anything. Greg always goes the extra mile. In my humble opinion, Complete Care Medical is our go to for DME.
