I don’t under how this place has five stars. I would had definitely gave this place 5 stars however I had the rudest customer service. I stopped in August 24, in the evening after work with my scrubs on and wanted to get some embroidery done. I was literally greeted then left standing there while the man left to the other room. The woman in the front starred at me while I asked for help. No one assisted me so I just stood there. Two guys came in after me and they were assisted. I left and went across the street where they had actually acknowledged my existence. Come on guys.

Wow! Once again Awesome service!!I needed 6 volleyball jerseys to be done before TONIGHT and RAZA literally helped me out with the logo for the jerseys and did it at that same moment. Ive never seen a service this quick in Houston. Customer service was good and thanks to RAZA I was able to have the jerseys ready for my volleyball team.I guess theyre called RUSH Tshirt Printing for a reason. Where do I even start? It’s so many negative things to say about this establishment and the “workers” who work there. First of all, the professionalism and customer service is slim to none. If you go there, be ready to wait an hour or more for someone to fulfill your request. Also, the workers could care less about the work they do on your orders just as long as they get paid. I had to constantly come back after carefully looking over my shirt orders because of stains, screen print mess-ups, fading, and tearing on the shirts. If I’m paying $400+ dollars I expect the shirts to be of high quality. What do I look like selling shirts that have the above problems wrong with them? My customers for my business would be mad at me for this company’s mess up just because they were being careless. The place itself is a mess inside so that should tell you all you really need to know about the work they do. There are plenty of other screen printing shops on Harwin that I am sure would treat their customers better and would carefully fulfill the orders as if they were making it for themselves. SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Unless you want to go off on somebody in there because I definitely had to. And if somebody up there got something to say, I can make that 45 minute drive for the 100th time & come back up there.

This is J.mone again. I knew the store manager “Raza” was going to lack accountability for their actions and claim my review as a fake review. He likes to put the blame on everyone except himself which says a lot about the way he runs the store. I would never take time out of my busy schedule to write a review unless the establishment really did a bad job. There are other reviews saying the same as me so obviously, I’m telling the truth. And if the service is so impeccable as mentioned, why is that every time I walked in the store, someone had a problem with their orders. Like I said before, SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. It is not worth the disappointment. If you have something else to say, I will be happy to create another google account just to respond because you’re not about to sit up here and act like y’all service is top notch and mess over on people. It’s not right, and I’m not the one.

Cannot express how great these guys are! I made an urgent request for custom printed facemasks in which I needed them printed and shipped and in my hands basically the next day. Communication was incredibly fluid and easy with some of the best customer service Ive experienced. Quite disappointed in the quality print. I chose this company that advertised “speculated” customized screen print TShirts. I requested for assistance design. I created an ideal design for the shirts and hoped for creative input. None was really received. The print on the shirt looks exactly like an iron from my suggested 2 page power point design. Customer service and professionalism was very limited. I myself had to call several times to follow up. Another reason I chose the company it was based in Houston near family for most family members to receive the shirts and I was located in New Orleans. And “ he” concurred they were able to ship out across the states, also. I had to remind him they needed to be shipped out by a deadline. Please note I requested service was 30-45 days before the deadline Their website portrayed vibrate screen print hence one of the reasons I chose them. Again This business did not deliver the wow factor. The shirts looked like ironed-on “rushed” shirts not screen printed. Screen print workmanship was not received like advertised. 🤔Reply-> not mistaken. My invoice doesn’t even have my name or any of my contact info on it. Invoice 8596. Customer Service????

Ive used this place twice to make shirts and they have done a phenomenal job both times!!! They do quality work and were able to help me with custom artwork on the spot when I stopped by. Theres always two or three customers hanging in the store when I have come in and I I can see why, they do a great job!
