Love my shirts. Took a few days but thats because I picked shirt colors they did not have. They close earlier than 9 pm but with this crazy times I get it. Ill be back for sure

Great customer service

The customer service here is barely existent. I placed an order on October 2 & called to confirm receipt of the email. I had a special request and, as shown, they were unable to comply. Ok, cool.Then, we get into when I need them by. As you can tell from the image provided, even via email the level of professionalism is minuscule to nonexistent. At the very least use proper capitalization and grammar.Next, the payment. The T-Shirt Spot sent a full payment invoice to my email. I requested to pay a down payment instead because: first-time customer, thus far service and reputation is questionable, but I’d like to give y’all a chance. I called them the next day after no response. I was told the deposit was fine and they’d send the invoice right over. Never sent the invoice. Never called me to check on the status of payment. Never called to confirm my order. Zilch.So, come Friday, today, I call:“Hi, today’s the day you said my shirts would be ready by, are the shirts done? I can come pay full price.”The response: “Oh, you never placed the order. You were supposed to pay first.”Me: “You all informed me that you would send the updated invoice to me and my shirts would be ready Friday.”TTS: “Oh, naw. They not done. We ain’t get your payment so we ain’t do the shirts. You should’ve called us.”At this point, I instructed them to cancel the order. No apologies were given, didn’t even attempt an excuse. Just hung up. What the living hell? You try to support a business and this is the treatment you get. I would’ve been a repeat, consistent customer if the service was worth it. Y’all must do better. This is shameful.Blu 💙

Great quality, great service

I placed my order for two shirts on June 29th. It’s August 20th and I still haven’t received any of my items. I reached out via email multiple times and was giving the run around. When I attempt to track the package with the tracking number provided it states “USPS awaiting item”. TWO MONTHS LATER. Horrible business and customer service. Do not order from this business

Got a shirt back with quotations missing, letter half cut off .. what made me more upset it took a week just to make 1 shirt that was made wrong. Bad bizz never going back dont waist your money . 😡😡😡 did offer to fix it or refund but I aint got time ....

Went in with 2 T shirts needed printing. Great quality work and really appreciate them doing the work for me. Most other places just kicked me out the door when I said I only need 2 T shirts done. Thank you so much for helping me out and a great looking print job. Will definitely be back for future bulk order!

We had shirts made for our Honeymoon.. beautifully done, great price in a timely manner. So pleased great cotton shirts.. not cheap material. Good material for washing and many wears.
