They told us they dont screen print on anything other than tee shirts. The office door was closed so we had to enter through the warehouse and ask one of the workers, who then had to find someone else to answer our inquiry.

After giving this company several attempts to make things right I have decided to finally not make any future orders with them they have the worst customer service! Every time I have contacted them they have lied about every date. After committing to doing the project at the last minute decided that they said they could not purchase the shirts we had purchased before. I agreed to do something less than what I wanted since I’ve already paid half up front, only for them to tell me that once I had the shirts that I purchased they would print for a fee. Today I called and to schedule since they have the file already and they said they would not handle anymore. Do not trust them with your order, they said 2 days and it turned into 20 days and me calling them and texting them several times. They quoted me a price and it is what I paid and he told me that he lost in the last order, this was all lies since he actually gave me the price and I paid. I was shock and explained that he is mistaken me but realized that it is just another lie. So I decided I was done with them and will move on and set up my files somewhere else. So unprofessional!

Needed shirts for a last minute family reunion. Called SCT up and they were able to design the concept that I had in my head over the phone. later that day Shawn hand delivered the shirts to my office. Superb customer service from start to finish, and the best pricing hands down. Defiantly will be using them again.

Shawn gives excellent service, I cant express this enough. Hes definitely has the best screen printing company in Houston. Not only does he print shirts but he also does same day banners, business cards, its basically a one stop shop.

Terrible customer service, called several times over the past 2 1/2 weeks because no one would call me back, I then had to explain what I needed every time. I was told I would get a call back or a quote and would have to call them back. The last time I was told I was going to get a quote 2 days ago nothing...I give up! I would never try to use this company ever again.
