It is very cold & they have customers waiting more than 10 to be serviced in an open bay.. Too much back & forth to place a simple order. Finally, customer service horrible.

I thought this was an art supplies place. They sell counter top materials but they do not install. So I guess this is a place for contractors.

This is the worst place to buy equipment and supplies. I felt disgusted about the service and racist profiling of this place and please do not even go to the sloppy sales personnel. I have over 500 employees and I buy 1million dollars a year from this pothole. As a constructor and business person I hire people from all over the world and they all come to me complaining about the racial profiling and the consubstantial standards. Is sad that such business exist in Texas where 90% of people are from all over the world. Not only that, Candice “She call her self the GM” is rude, unprofessional and her skills are low but I bet she is sad in other aspects. So Wilsonart find a way to please and repay the business you get from the people that keeps bread on your table and many other thousands of people. As today I have found a better provider.
