We had a great experience with Kay our salesperson, for replacing our kitchen and bathroom countertops and sinks. She gave us the most honest suggestions. She helped you watch your budget as much as she could. The stone installation teams were really professional and worked late into the night to get the job done. The on-site install manger - Fernando, kept us posted on the status at all times.

Absolutely Great Transaction: We just completed a major remodel of our kitchen, utility room and two guest bathrooms. Allied Stone installed five slabs of Taj Quartzite in our home. The Kitchen remodel, which used the most of the stone, required that the patterns in the stone for the different sections of the counter tops and back splash seamlessly match to give an absolutely contiguous look. Allied stone did a perfect job in both matching the stone and in fitting the stone. We are very pleased with the results. The work was competed on time and to the very highest standard.

I reached out to several stone companies, and Allied was the only one that was responsive.Allied Stone worked with us to select a new stone and custom cut it to fit our table base. I had my kitchen counters in my Townhouse redone by Allied Stone. Joe Herrera knew exactly what I needed and helped me in the selection of the Granite that I wanted. Everything from the receptionist to the showroom and sales person were great. The installation was seamless and professionally done. I have had 2 really great experiences with allied stone! We had them do our countertop for our outdoor kitchen a few years ago and now we have gone back to them for a desktop in our house. Brendon was so helpful throughout the whole process! They had a great selection of stone (it was so hard to choose my favorite) but Brendan helped me narrow it down and helped us decide the best material for our lifestyle! We would not go anywhere else for stone/granite!!

They have a beautiful showroom. They also have very polite staff. However, I had called ahead to said I was coming and she said shed only need 15 minutes and then could show us around. We were left waiting for an extra 20 minutes before she came out. Then we asked for pricing on a particular porcelain and she has yet to get back to me even though its been almost a week since. Anyway, pretty showroom, but could work on the customer service.

I wish I could rate Allied Stone Houston higher than 5 stars, because they absolutely deserve it! I am in the process of rebuilding my entire home, after Hurricane Harvey destroyed it. The rebuild process has left me weary of some suppliers and contractors. Allied truly restored my faith in suppliers and contractors, and really opened my eyes to what REAL customer service looks like. From start to finish, working with Allied Houston, the process was positive and seamless.Brandon Boecker was my sales consultant during the entire transaction, and his communication was excellent. He answered all of my questions, alleviated any concerns I had, was very professional, made sure that the price was on point (VERY reasonable prices!), and ensured that the shopping, purchase, and install experience was 100% perfect. He really helped me out, during the, often, difficult stone selection process. And the stone! My God is the stone gorgeous. Amidst Allieds vast selection of magnificent stone products, I selected Glacier White granite to go into my kitchen. The results: STUNNING. We also selected a very clean looking dark gray Quartz for the master bathroom. Perfect aesthetic, and perfect install, thanks to the installer Jose, and his crew.I will 10/10 recommend Allied Stone to anyone who is shopping for stone or counter tops, and look forward to working with the Allied team again.

Friendly staff and beautiful stone

Extremely poor customer service, response times and production time. They have a great selection of products however save your self the headache and go with another company if you are in need of counter tops within a five week turn around.

I cant say enough about Allied Stone! In particular-Jason and his team. In the event that there is ever a problem (its construction and problems come with the territory) Jason handles it like a true professional and this is the EXACT reason we hire him for our jobs and will continue to do so in the future. Steer clear of Allied Stone, our experience was more than time consuming and frustrating to the utmost. Struggling from hurricane Harvey we’ve had our fair share of issues, but Allied Stone takes the cake. They broke our newly installed kitchen cabinets by removing the sink after saying it should have been installed before the countertops. They removed the garbage disposal and kitchen drains (also unnecessary). Allied Stone’s installers also caused a leak by removing an ice maker that shouldn’t have been touched. Hiring a plumber and cabinet maker to re-install these items (again) was costly. After MONTHS of patiently pushing Allied stone, they only gave a partial reimbursement after I had to resort to calling once a day and not giving up. They didn’t believe me when I told them what happened. I would give zero stars but you have to give one to comment.In response to the comment left from Allied Stone about us ‘never providing invoices for the repair work as requested‘, this is yet another example of the type of customer service we’ve had to deal with since the damage. Allied stone still won’t take responsibility for the poor installation issues, but like to site that they take full responsibility. They don’t believe their customers, and I provided ample information, pictures, and invoices. They pushed back on all the information we provided in an effort to tire us out from trying to seek reimbursement, most likely hoping for us to give up. They wanted us to take time off work to meet their schedules to see the damages, all because they didn’t believe the pictures. If Allied Stone would have ‘truly been sorry we didn’t have a positive experience with them’, ‘fully accepted responsibility for any issues that they caused and were happy to pay for the issues’, and ‘hope that we enjoy our new space and wish us the best’, they would have paid the final invoice, as requested, without making us out to be so angry as to be writing this on a review. You guys have our information, we will still accept the payment and I will then consider revising my review.

Best selection, best service in town

We remodelled and bought marble from Allied. They were fine, but they sold us on AZeroCare by Antolini. We have had a VERY Bad experience with AZeroCare and Antolini. Once applied, the surface shows lots of tiny scratches and wears off in places. Don’t bother trying to Antolini or Allied AFTER you have purchased the product. They do not care and will not take any responsibility for the product. We have been ignored to the point that we are left solely with legal action. We really wanted this product to live up to the hype, and we actually believed their guarantee. Don’t be fooled, and once they apply this product, it can never be removed. Don’t do it.

Our builder Lucas Craftsmanship sent us to Allied Stone for countertops. From my first visit over a year ago to finally getting my husband into the showroom, Brandon Boecker was great to work with. I knew we wanted quartz and Brandon showed us all of the options. He even took us out back to the shop so we could see how the stone is cut. When the guys came to measure, I was intrigued by their using of lasers. With the installation today, the end product is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. Everyone at Allied Stone worked with the greatest level of professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking for countertop products.

We were in the market for a decent amount of granite since we were outfitting our bne build house. Allied has an amazingly large amount of different types of granite. From high end to very affordable. Brandon helped us narrow down the options until we found the 3 perfect types for our house. Brandon was very professional and never rushed us or made us think we were unwelcomed. He did a great job at helping us stay on budget. We did have a little issue with cutting a slab wrong but they took the blame and made it right. I would recommend them to anyone and suggest you work with Brandon.

Ive done several jobs with Jason and Brandon and they continue to do a great job.

Allied Stone made so many mistakes. They mismeasured for the counter top twice then forced it in breaking a window seal. They said they would come right back to fix it but they never came back or even called. Each day they said they would come by and it took 3 weeks to get the problem resolved. You will have to wait a month to get your countertops even though the sales department says it will only take one week. If they say they will call back they won’t. They will give you the number of the manager but the managers voicemail is always full. For such high prices you would think they would be more professional.

They are very unprofessional! They ignored me for almost 1 hour then when I finally got their attention, they were very mean to me! This is not the first time they do this to me! Whenever they finally gave me my slabs, the slab was cracked! When I told them that the slab was cracked they completely ignored me! Would not recommend them at all. Juan is the guy with a horrible attitude!!

We chose Calacatta Borghini Marble for our three guest vanities and it looks stunning! Both amazing fitment and awesome customer service. We were very impressed.

Allied stone installed 10 different granite and quartz counter tops for us. Staff and workers where supper and quality of work was excellent.
