Omg!!! I love this boutique! The makeup artist/expert Tiffany was the best. I just recently started doing my own make up and Tiffany introduced me to products I never knew about or what to do with. She gave me some great tips on how to do my own make up, every product she suggested I ended up falling in love with. Now I am totally hooked on nars products.

The makeup artists here are SO sweet and informative! A very kind gentleman answered all my questions and gave me the shades I asked for and talked me into a set with mascara and eyeshadow! Love it

Peaceful atmosphere. The brand products were light to wear on my skin and the make-up artist Rachel was gentle and sanitary with her products and tools. Its at a convenient area for my job and many events I go to in the city to Ill be back for more looks. Really love the lip shades available right now, too.

The customer service is fantastic! On my first visit I purchased a foundation that I soon discovered wasnt as close a match as I first thought. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Sapphire. She was pleasant and told me shed be more than happy to exchange it for me for a shade better suited for me.I went to the store the next evening, and she did a color match for me which I liked much better, and she took time explaining to me how to apply the foundation and gave me tips for getting a flawless application. I was so pleased that I intend to visit again in the near future!

I have never had a problem with this store until recently. I bought mascara recently to try it out. I got home, tried it and did not like it at all (which was surprising, I typically love everything from Nars). So I went back to the store a couple of days later and told them I just wanted to return it. It was in its original packaging and I had the receipt. Apparently they dont accept returns - the sales associate asked if I used the product and I said, Yes, once. To see how it works, but I dont like it. She then tells me that since Ive used it, it cant be returned. On what planet would you buy a makeup product and not try it to decide if you like it or not? It is the biggest joke I have ever heard in my life. Its obvious this store only cares about the numbers and not the customer experience. I will never shop here again. Now Im stuck with a $25 mascara that I will never use.

I had my makeup done at NARS by Suzette Lemos, and have to say how amazing she is! Not only did she give me wonderful customer service, but also took the time to explain every step of the beautiful makeup application she applied on me so I could repeat it at home, and gave me a full instructions to bring home. She has won a customer for life, and I will be sure to bring all my friends, family and everyone I come across to meet this talented artist! Thank you Suzette for everything!!

Amazing customer service.

I was there for a make up session. My make up done wasnt much as I expected. I was very disappointed as I felt everything was incorrect for my skin type. Also the requirement for 85 dollar is much higher than most places 50 dollar requirement
