Across the board, an exceptional experience! Courteous & knowledgeable staff - great product selection - excellent pricing! The entire time we were there, everyone that stopped in were treated with respect. I’ve come 3 times to try and get my glasses fixed and every time there’s people waiting. I’m being told to sit to the side and wait And it may be awhile. Smh there’s no options to make a appointment.

Both pair of glasses broke in the same spot and were probably poorly made frm wat i was told.. And when i called to see what i can do the person who answered the phone was very short and rude.. Wouldnt recommend even wasting time here smh

I walk In and the attitude give to me by the 2 front guys was incredible. They must really love covid because they dont have to deal with customers. DO NOT GO GET YOU EYE EXAM HERE THEY HAVE 3 DIFFERENT PRICES FOR CONTACT GO TO (EYE CENTER CLINIC )ONE EXAM FOR $70 AND THAT WILL COVER CONTACT AND GLASSES. You much be crazy or dont know how to used uber to come here.

My child broke his glasses beyond repair on Friday night. I found out Saturday morning. I was sure we wouldnt be able to find a replacement pair at reasonable price, I was wrong.I called up Visionworks and they were fabulous. We came in about 1pm on Saturday and they had my sons new pair ready to go in less than an hour. They even fit them for him. Ive worn glasses my whole life and found in the last five years its become very difficult to find a place that will adjust and fit glasses for you.I am also very pleased that their prices were reasonable. We had already used up our vision benefits for the year, but Visionworks had a special for 60% off, even on the name brand Nike frames my son picked.Im glad I found them and we will return. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I worked with a young man named Kendrick and he made picking out frames and all the things that go into making a great pair of glasses not such a chore. I returned to this location after having a bad experience with America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses given I have horrible vision.I returned to this location forgetting that I had been here before. When I was younger I wanted to find a cheaper office. Of course you get what you pay for. The customer service is great, the products are great and the doctor is awesome. She answered all my question and informed me of the health of my eyes and what I should and should be doing.

The customer service here is IMPECCABLE. Everyone is super friendly and they make a real connection with their customers which is why they are so great. The manager is very friendly and personable and engaging with my 9yo. Went in for glasses repair/adjustment for 9yos glasses and to fix mine that were crooked.
