Super friendly and knowledgeable.Non covered insurance costs were discussed prior to selecting the service. So i wasnt surprised by any charges. I have experienced severe dry eye for 1.5 years, and been to several doctors. My first visit with Dr. Heine was above and beyond. She went step by step verbalizing what she was doing. She spent an entire hour and made me feel very confident in her skill, knowledge, and care. IPL treatment can be intimidating, but Dr. Heine made it comfortable by going above and beyond. In addition, the office staff is amazing as far as communicating and making appointments, with extreme patience and efficiency. The entire office is run like a well oiled machine.

Very disappointed with my last appointment. Not the same level of service as always. The receptionist was left alone with 20 task at the same time.The doctor commented different things than the previous doctors.And many other things...Im driving from Cypress to the city because we appreciate their level of service, but after this appointment Im not so sure its worth it for me and my family.Im not recommending this place anymore.

A few days ago I had my first appointment at Memorial Park Vision. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous and professional. The doctor showed me the x-rays of my eyes and explained everything. I highly recommend them.

I went to get an eye exam, and the exam itself was great; the doctor was nice and helpful. My issue was a payment of $90 no one told me about. The doctor gave me contacts but said nothing about an additional payment. When I went to get my contacts prescription, the gentlemen at the front told me that I had to pay for those contacts. I told him that the doctor never mentioned any additional payment and my understanding was that everything was covered by insurance. He said the doctor doesnt know about it so theres nothing they can do.I dont like paying hidden fees, especially when I asked in advance if everything is covered by insurance. So if youre going to this location, ask in advance how much youre going to pay.

I was at memorial vision yesterday on the 18th of October to go have my eyes checked and get everything done that I have not had done in years. Unfortunately they did not have the strength of lenses that I needed but that was not a problem they actually helped me find a place on Kirby that had my lenses and can get them fitted to my existing frames same day. I cannot say enough about the people at memorial vision they are phenomenal and I will definitely continue to go here for all of my vision Care.

Great service, thorough eye exam, and everyone there was super helpful. My 4yr old son did not make it easy on the staff but they were super patient with him and gave him as much time as he needed to participate in his exam.I would highly recommend this optometrist.

Have been coming here for at least 4 years. As always everyone is very friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble! When choosing frames they are “there” if you need them but not all over you which is very refreshing. Referred a friend last year and we both got a credit of $50 towards frames/lenses! I now live in Katy but wouldn’t go anywhere else for glasses and contact lenses!!

For a quick visit for a small medical issue, once again was very impressed with both the efficiency and quality of care I received. Dr. Heine was very professional, gave me good advice as to next steps and helped put my mind at ease. The office is very efficiently run, I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

At nearly 44 years old this was my first experience with going to see an eye doctor. I had never even had a detailed eye exam before. They put on their kid gloves for me. They explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable from the time I walked in. Clean. Knowledgeable. Upbeat. Happy. Helpful.

Love Dr. Dana Howard! Her staff are efficient with the process. I was done in 40 minutes from arrival. They are COVID-conscientious and do not have a bunch of patients waiting in the area. And they carry Lindberg eyewear, which is an added bonus!

I first went to Memorial Park Vision due to pain in my right eye. I was diagnosed with a Corneal Ulcer. Over the next few weeks of treatment i was treated kindly and everyone seemed to genuinely care about my health and how I was feeling. I also want to mention that I have sensory issues and I also get tons of anxiety and sometimes panic attacks when going to the eye doctor. They were so patient with me and caring that I actually didn’t get any of my attacks! It’s a good thing too because with my condition I had to come in a few times. I have since brought in my daughter for an eye exam and they made it a fun & exciting day for her. Most of my treatment was done by Dr. Kachinski but I was also seen by Dr. Heine. I highly recommend!

Dr Howard is the best doctor I’ve had. She’s friendly and caring and explains things to you in laymen’s terms so you can understand what she’s seeing during an exam. The moment I arrived check-in was done and escorted to first testing area. Accomplished 2 test procedures then moved on optometrist’s exam room. Dr Heine asked to check both sets of glasses prior to my eye exam. Total experience flowed well and our communication was to the point. She said the change in my prescription was minimal and she gave me a copy. If later I decided to update my glasses I could. She asked if I had any questions and I said no. I was escorted to cashier for check out.All of my staff encounters were friendly and each technician was well versed with their equipment and exam procedure. Great visit.Denise Williams

Staff, technician and the optometrist Nancy Heine are very friendly.However, wrong prescription was made for me. There was a large change in the axis for my right eye compared with that of my previous glasses.I got a new pair of glasses using this new prescription. With this new pair, the entire world is tilted. A square object is no longer square and the right side turns into a trapezoid.The lens correctly followed the prescription, but the prescription was wrong. Im quite disappointed in the professionalism of the optometrist.

I saw Dr. Heine for IPL treatment number six today. Excellent treatment for Ocular Rosacea and Chronic Dry Eye Syndrome. My eyes are extremely inflamed, so it’s taken several treatments, but they’re starting to come around and produce oil again instead of tears!

I recently moved to Texas and was nervous about finding a new eye doctor. I had my file sent to this office so they could see my the history of my vision changes. The doctor took time before my appointment to review my file and get up to date on my previous issues. The staff was great, used all the precautions you would want to see during COVID19 and made me feel very safe. I had to move from single vision to progressive lenses. The doctor was so informative and really took the time to ensure that we were getting my prescription perfect and that I understood that progressive lenses were a compromise. Additionally, I purchased a pair of glasses and the woman helping me was great about suggesting price points I felt were within my budget while not compromising style. I could not be happier with this office and the service I received start to finish.

They took me in for an emergency and helped remove a piece of metal out of my eye! As a first time patient I felt very welcomed and was taken care of. Amber was really helpful and informative. Dr. Heine was awesome! She was in and out of my eye in less 2 minutes when she removed the foreign object. I recommend them to anyone especially if it’s your first time going to an optometrist or if you haven’t been in a long time and are worried.
