His screen was barely being held together by a screen protector. We made our first appointment with a technician, Zoe. Unfortunately, his phone had corrosion and the motherboard could not be salvaged. Following the appointment, the owner of Houston Phone Repairs reached out to explain everything in excellent detail. He was patient with my endless questions in hopes to salvage any of the lost data. He even offered to take a look the next morning to see if there was any way to recover any of my sons photos or videos. When he visited my office, I was having my own phone issues causing him to wait outside for almost an hour! Once it was resolved, he came back. I offered to compensate him for the time and attention of both visits, but he wouldnt accept since there was no way to get the phone operational again.Two appointments but I was never charged. Can you believe all of this time and effort was invested, concierge attention yet I incurred no charge? Most businesses, particularly when dealing with technology, will assess a cost JUST for their time even if no repair is made.Even though the phone was a loss, this business provided superior service and has earned a loyal client!

What a great experience! Versan was able to come over at a convenient time for us and replace 2 iPhone batteries and put new screen protectors on. He’s so fast and very reasonably priced but the best part is, he’s an awesome human and a pleasure to meet. You can’t go wrong!
