I’m from New Jersey this Moshe made me feel at home and the service from the guy whose name I forget was exceptional he had everything we were looking for even gave me a discount I highly recommend visiting this place (New Jersey)

The Customer service was great. I also got a deal on my hookah. I purchased the hookah, coals, tips, tongues, and tobacco all for $103

Went to buy cigar wraps and was charged two different prices for the same item by a woman. Completely unacceptable! I gave this review 1 star because the other customer paid for the purchase after I questioned prices. Are juicy wraps $1.50 or $1. Why have Billionaire wraps gone from $1 (went to that exact location last week and was charged a dollar) to $1.99? Unnaceptable!

Friendly and intelligent staff with a very wide selection of products (They literally have everything you need, if not let them know and it they will order it).

Good place to go for any of your smoking or vaping needs. Small store, but a big assortment of products. And, most of all, the help is friendly and knowledgeable. They also stay open till 11pm most days, which is great news for a night owl like me. (I think closing time is midnight in the summer!)

Awesome shop! Im here from Colorado, so I was so impressed at the selection! Very knowledgeable staff and Alfred was so helpful. Such a wide variety of so many different items! This is my shop now!!

Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me find the product I needed and at fair price. Only downside is it seems fairly often that they dont open on time with their listed hours. (At the time of this post the worker just showed 22 minutes past the scheduled opening time) Though it is worth the wait for the customer service alone.

Id avoid this place. I used to go here as it was conveniently located near my home, they dont specialize in anything just random paraphernalia. I give one star for a few reasons... but most importantly their customer service could be alot better. Fornuately there are other options in the neighborhood with better products and customer service.

I would give 5 stars but they seem to never open on time. During the week it says open at 10am but its usually after. If youre going to open doors at 11am than you should change the sign on the front door to match. Always good people working the store,they are very helpful and I like coming here only but gotta do better with opening on time. I hate to drive up here and have to drive back without anything because its closed. I waited about 35 mins after 10am.Updated - Its 1:30pm on a Sunday & they arent still open. Door says 12-8pm on Sunday. Im always wasting gas coming up here.

Usually come here a lot. However today which is Sept. 12 the shop says it opens at 10am on Sat. But it’s 10:30am and still no one has come to open the shop. Unacceptable. This is a business there for if it says it opens at 10 it should be OPEN AT 10!!!! Now I gotta drive ALL the way to the other side of town!!!!!

The best smoke shop ever I walked into the store and had the best collections in front of me to choose from and after I chose one product the owner of the business was very welcoming and help me with finding the best items. Good prices definitely go there.

Bought a vape battery here and was told I could swap it if it didn’t work or fit. Tried to exchange at the store while I was still there and was laughed at. Asked to speak with the owner who had just walked into the back and was told he wasn’t there. They had a very rude worker who looked high out of his mind. They also sell single cigarettes (illegal) here which I witnessed while trying to exchange the item. Worker wouldn’t provide me with his name. I’ve never left any negatives reviews in my life which shows how bad this business is. Learn to treat people better and not lie to your clients

The price was too high. Product didnt work as I was informed. Also he was to busy on the phone with his family to help me. Once he did get off the phone and i made my purchase of a vap pen with multiple flavors and i was requesting some help getting started he left me to help other people that just waked in. Then he proceeded to over fill (against the directions on the package of his own product).Maybe he had a bad day but very poor service and products. :((Would like to note this is my first and only ever negative review)

Came in looking for cigars. They have a small variety but enough to find what you need. Very friendly staff that spent the time to find the cigar I liked.

Went several times in the last three weeks a couple hours after the opening time and no one was there to open door. I keep wasting gas and every time I call no one answers phone. I used to come here all the time and now I’m just upset and looking elsewhere. Thanks for wasted time.- once a loyal customer.

I called like 5 times already just to ask if they have an item in stock before i go and make the drive and the guy keeps on hanging up the phone on me and putting me on hold and never answered my question very rude and the worst customer service ever. I would give it a ZERO if i could.

Showed up at 10am. No one showed up while I waited till 10:30, after that I left.

You need to change your scheduled hours if the shop will not be open when you say. That’s an hour of my time round trip I won’t get back.
