Never order from this place again. I just want to rate 0 star if I can.We ordered funeral flowers stands for the family. Molena was nice lady. BUT, other than that, the flower stands looked terrible . Wilted, just a few flowers here and there. Nothing compares to the pictures they showed. We paid extra for the banners, they printed wrong info. TERRIBILE. 3 of our families ordered 3 flowers stands, total more than $900. And that was for our father in law’s funeral. Never order from this place, never from 1800- flowers again. Imagine the loss of our family that day and then have to deal with this every time we look at it.
Worst customer service experience I receive dead flowers 4 days late and they said they were sending a “replacement” & gave a fake order and tracking number and quickly hung up. Had to call several times to get a answer and talked to several different people until finally they then agreed to do a 50% refund. It was a crazy experience. I will never use their services again.
First, they didn’t deliver the order on Valentine’s Day. Second, they sent me a confirmation email the order was delivered. Third, I called to get a refund and they repeatedly tried to process a “redelivery” (well after Valentine’s Day) and finally I got them to agree to a refund. I’m 0 and 3 with this awful company.
I ordered my flowers on Tuesday and it said I would have them by the 12th and now its the 13th and still dont have them. I hope they survive the cold weather in the delivery truck. It is supposed to get down to -25 here in sw missouri.
Never delivered my order and customer service is TERRIBLE. Order from a local florist in your area instead of using this company.
Please stay away from this company. Ordered flowers on 2.15.2021 It was supposed to be a surprise to me but it was completely ruined. The company sent a email to my boyfriend saying the flowers were delivered but they werent. The company told me to check with my neighbors or outside the home but they didnt realize I have cameras and no one came to my house or were on my street around the time it says delivered . If I could give this company 0 stars I would . The flowers never showed and the company did nothing to rectify the situation either
My sisters brother-in-law just. passed away from Covid-19. His funeral was this morning (Sunday). I ordered a large arrangement to be delivered yesterday (Saturday) in time for the funeral. It did not come. I called today after the funeral to find out what happened. They said an attempt to deliver them had been made, but I knew that was not possible as there has been someone at the house consistently for the past few days. The arrangement was finally delivered this evening, over a day late - and too late for the funeral. I will not use this service again. They are not reliable for important occasions like this.
I placed an order for the medley lavender arrangement for same day delivery for my boyfriends mother on her birthday. If I could post a picture of what they delivered you would understand my frustration . These flowers were trash . She received an arrangement of withered roses and the leaves were filled with spots and holes . It was disappointing to see this as a gift for her . I placed a second order for a replacement, I kindly asked if they can deliver them between a certain time, since she was leaving out of town the following day and The representative explained to me that there would be an extra 30 dollar charge . I just ended the call . I felt cheated . I expected something special and beautiful for her on her special day but she was given something I was embarrassed of. So I just went to a local grocery store and found a bouquet of roses for half the cost and the quality was exceptional . Smh. I’m not the one to complain or make someone’s job difficult, but this was surely something that made upset .

Upon purchasing flower 6/27/20 was set delivery date of 6/29/20.Flowers did not show up no call from business had to call to see what happened was informed the company For delivery was Not responding and guaranteed they would be delivered 6/30/20 was not delivered again and when received phone call was told in a run around sort of way that they could not help me informed them I just wanted money back still was told they could not open order to check delivery. And I had to wait on a call from them after 2 days on something I paid for I have to wait on another call and no sign of flowers out getting money back.
The worst customer service ever. Ordered 7 different arrangements for Valentines Day and only 2 were delivered in time. 2 were never delivered. Trying to get a refund for items I never received was a joke. I used their own 100% sole guarantee from the website and still was told they would redeliver and give me 20 dollars off next purchase. I’m never ordering from them again. Worst customer service ever.

Do not order from here!!!! Terrible service, flowers were sent wrong color and they replaced them with a smaller version of what I had paid for... this is very disappointing plus they still didn’t send the colors y had requested. Don’t waste your money here. Not worth it.

CONSUMER BEWARE!Don’t do business with 1800Flowers.... I placed a order on 02-11-20 that was suppose to be delivered on 2-13-20 so my girlfriend would have valentines flowers in time, once order was placed through 1800Flowers website and they charged my credit card I never received a confirmation email and waited for the delivery day which had came and gone called the evening of 02-13-20 and spoke with three different people in the Caribbean that couldn’t find anything showing I placed a order from my name/phone/and or email address this being said the First Lady that didn’t find anything transfers me to billing which a guy gets on the phone and starts telling me that since the last week has been busy that the 1800Flowers website had been having major problems and many glitches and a lot of orders never got put through but the payment method was charged and then simply says it should be just pending for three days and go back to you’re card and indirectly saying there is nothing he can do about it or help me/make it right!. What’s is the 1800Flowers website from the 1980’s and can’t handle traffic maybe time to close it’s doors if they can’t get it right.. wait wait there is more so the billing guy that could do nothing for me then transfers me to the (SUPERVISOR) this guy gets on the phone and wants me to explain it all again and once I do so he states the same thing the last guy in billing told me and that they have non of my info and starts blaming apple pay due to that being source of payment even though it was their website and it crashing and having glitches that was the issue. So then I ask him how they could make it right since I order the flowers the beginning of the week now we are a day before Valentine’s Day and they were suppose to be here today and didn’t show do to the major issues within you’re company, so he tells me he can’t do a damn thing for me due to no money coming to them because it’s pending with Apple Pay and they didn’t get any of my info because of the glitch that was their fault, ask him even about voucher for flowers or a comp and he said there would be no way for him to do that....AVOID AT ALL COST PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS...
Another reminder to check reviews. I ordered Valentines Day flowers. They were not delivered on 2/14/2019. I received an e-mail that they were delivered on 2/15/2019, but my wife never received them. My e-mail regarding the order was ignored. So, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer. Obviously, I dont recommend.

I used to stop by to make special arrangements for my wife (usually around $80); they had a glass door refrigerator in the back where you could see all the flowers they had available (they change weekly) and you could pick which one you liked for the arrangement.Stopped by today as usual but they changed the store arrangement and now the flowers are behind a wall; I asked kindly if I could see the flowers as I always did but the answer was NO! when I said I was leaving they didn’t even try to persuade me to stay or propose an alternative, they had no care at all.Absolutely zero customary care and very vulgar staff; won’t be going there again for sure.
Sarah did an awesome job of capturing the arrangement I needed for my Wifes birthday. I have purchased flowers at this location several times and each occasion has been a good experience.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!Everything honestly came out great, my mother and grandmother loved their flowers. The only reason this is getting a one star is because I was over charged for one of the items. When I contacted customer service they told me that they didnt see the charge I was talking about and that if I could send screenshots to the email address they provided me with. I sent them the screenshots in an email and still havent heard back from them. Its already been a month. Thats ridiculous! I personally dont like my money being messed with and I understand that things happen, BUT the fact that they havent emailed me back is outrageous. So if you dont want to have to deal with constantly having to contact customer service the whole time you are ordering from this company I would strongly suggest you take your business else where.
Not delivered as advertised. More leaves and few flowers. The picture I picked had flowers and ribbon.It was for a funeral. Really hurt.

I ordered a corsage/boutonniere for my sons prom, and on the day it was supposed to be delivered, I called to track the order - only to find out that the florist said they do not make corsages!!! Why would it even be an option to order something they cannot make?! Why wouldnt they call me to tell me this so I could get another option lined up?? RIDICULOUS!!!
I ordered flowers from here for Mother’s Day. Paid extra to get a large arrangement of flowers and what came in was pathetic. The arrangement was small and came in a tiny box and the flowers were half dead. I called and complained and they said they’d send me a free arrangement (same size, but different flowers), but it wouldn’t be here until after Mother’s Day. Today I got an orchid plant in the mail that has about 2 blooms on it. This is awful customer service and I will never be ordering flowers from here again.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely ruined my Mothers Day. Empty promises. Here is my story: 1-800-FLOWERS does NOT deliver as advertised or promised. Both the website and the phone representative stated that the orders I place would be delivered that day (5/13/17). I phoned 1-800-FLOWERS on May 13, 2017 at 8:43 AM CST and placed two flower delivery orders for Mother’s Day. One was to my mother near Austin, TX and the other order was to a neighbor in Clear Lake City, TX (Houston). The reason I called was to find out what flower arrangements were available to deliver to my Mother’s address, since the website was telling me that certain arrangements I had chosen were not available. The phone representative (Erica), then gave me several item numbers so that I may view the flower arrangements online. She was giving me arrangements that were available for delivery on or before Mother’s Day. I chose an arrangement for my mother. I was asked if there was another order and was told that if I placed the second order on the phone, that I would get 15% off of that order. I placed this order as well which was for a neighbor down the street from my residence. I was told that the flowers for BOTH orders would be delivered that SAME day. I told Erica at 1-800-FLOWERS that delivery could be made ON Mother’s Day 5/14/17, but she said again that both orders would be delivered today (5/13/17). The website for 1-800-FLOWERS also stated SAME DAY DELIVERY (I have a screen shot of this that I did when I was STILL on the phone with the 2nd representative later that day at 8:01 PM). I alerted my neighbor that she would be getting flowers this day, 5/13/17. At approximately 7 PM CST, my neighbor alerted me that she had not received any flowers. I tracked my orders on 1-800-FLOWERS website and BOTH orders showed that they would be delivered on MAY 16. 2017 (Tuesday, and 2 days AFTER Mother’s Day). I phoned 1-800-FLOWERS at 7:24 PM CST and spoke to Joseph whom took about 15 minutes to look up the orders to in fact tell me that they were not going to be delivered 5/13/17, nor on Mother’s Day, but on 5/16/17. I was told that my only recourse was to have the orders delivered 2 days AFTER Mother’s Day, and then finally was offered a credit with $20 coupon savings for a future order. I left Joseph know that not only does the website STILL at 7:24 PM CST state “SAME DAY DELIVERY”, but that Erica told me this morning that BOTH of these orders would be delivered “TODAY.” He apologized but said that there was nothing he could do except offer me a credit for a full refund. I offered that IF I had been told this morning that there was no way that both of these orders would be delivered today or on Mother’s Day, then I would have explored other options such as calling a local florist. BUT, because the representative on the phone, (Erica), and the website stated “SAME DAY DELIVERY”, I had no way to know that false promises were being made. This is just plain wrong to lie to the consumer, and to then leave the consumer without other options for delivery of a Mother’s Day flower arrangement. I declined the $20 coupon to use in the future with 1-800-FLOWERS, as I will NOT be paying for a service that is in the business of just making money and not providing the services as advertised. I had to make two phone calls to deliver disappointing news to my mother and another dear friend. Plus, to get a credit for these orders, I was made to wait on the phone for 55 minutes until the credits were completed.
Way overpriced. Paid $90 for something that looked like it was picked up and delivered from a grocery store. Disappointed
